Could become the flood of record in the Houston metro area.
Yep and it has been raining non-stop. Rain expected to last thru Thursday. We are on the outskirts in Cypress and are fine just can't get out of neighborhood due to flooding all around us. Had friends who came over when they lost power and they are stuck here too. We be like Hotel California, check in anytime you like, but you can't leave:D

Worst I have ever had happen was 4 coils reach end of life in the same day actually the same hour as I found them as I was letting the new ones soak for a bit.
Ha, I know that sucked. For the most part I build my own but I use baby Beast tanks with prebuilt coils on my pocket friendly take to work mods.

I have 100's of feet of wire in ever gauge and configuration along with pre-wound Clapton's, Alien Clapton's and gawd knows what else but I would rather be vaping then messing around building a deck and wicking the coils. When I am in the mood to tinker I wind, build and wick but I like said would rather be vaping.

I don't know how, but most of my Vape mail has at least made it to the North part of Houston. Not that far from me but a lot of high water to cross to get to my part of town. At least it's in the vicinity.
I didn't know the USPS had a boat!
They deliver rain, sunshine, or snow.

A town just up the road from me has a mail-by-water route year round. The town is called Magnolia Springs.

Here's an article about it by a friend of mine.

After 100 years, America's most unique postal route stands the test of time

Yay, The sun was shining and we were able to get out of the house for a looksee at some of the previously flooded areas. The water is going down and the postal service was able to deliver mail, in my part of town at least. I got 2 of my mods today, My Battlestar and my Charon 218 I'm liking them both :) I have another Mod and tank coming tomorrow (my cousins Pico kit) and then I have another Captain RTA and some batteries that should arrive Saturday. I love vape mail:2cool: Then after I got both of those mods set-up, I decided that my Baby Beast tanks should go into semi-retirement and I ordered a Captain Subohm tank and extra coils and some wire that should arrive next week. After I get all of that I am done for awhile. Hopefully I have chosen some mods that will hold up for a decent amount of time:cool:

Wow, I want a hurricane to come my way if that's the vape mail I'll get![emoji6]

Ha, its not from the Hurricane its from 2 mods breaking at the same time so 2 of those were a need and one was a want;)
I have to add that I am very thankful that my family did not suffer any losses from the storm or the flooding. There are a lot of people who lost everything and some that lost more. It's not much but I did package up all my older mods and tanks that I was planning on keeping and some e liquid, batteries and chargers and my fellow vaping cousins have done the same and are offering them at the shelters to those who lost theirs. We gave 8 away yesterday and people were so happy to get them.

spend money on a sx mini ml or g class

ml is the best money ive spent on a mod, small, hefty, premium with all the features u ever need
I may get one eventually as I hear good things about the m class, but if I find the perfect mod, I won't have as much fun searching and trying various mods :cool:

It is much much easier to kill a mod than it would appear at first... In the last four months, I managed to destroy:
Three Cigpet Ant (pico-sized); two died from a three-feet fall to hard floor, and one went up in smoke on its own accord.
One Sigelei J150, the internal battery -which had seen two months of use- swelled and popped the cover apart; it happened after a short flight.
One week-old Smok R80, first the 510 pin cracked and popped out; I was able to fix it with a drop of solder, but after one day, the charging port come off the PCB, peeling the copper tracks meanwhile.
One ML class, which had seen one year of daily use, had a big leak from the clearo while charging overnight; the micro-USB port and associated PCB copper tracks were destroyed by the electrolytic corrosion. The ML has been the only one of the bunch which I rushed and bought anew.
So in order of mod kill ability, we have: Impact by a fall, even a short one; e-liquid leaks from the tank, which are unforgiving if the mod is charging; and poor build material / insufficient building craftsmanship. The three main cause of premature mod death, in my experience.
