I just wanted to share my experience with e liquid planet. Lets start by explaining that I just started vaping and have realised I have an adverse reaction to PG. I woke up on sat to find out my VG order(from another vendor) had not shown up yet(I want to point out that this was not due to bad service but my miscalculation). Well it was Sat. it's 2pm. What do I do now? I call eliquid planet as I had spoken to them earlier in the week and they had explained that while they did not have a traditional store they did allow pickups. I spoke to Rich and to my dismay he told me they would only be there for another hour and that it was really a fluke as they usually are not there on Sat. I explained to him my situation and that I was OUT of the only bottle of VG that I had and that since I just got off analogs 15 days earlier I did not want to break down and buy a pack. Rich explains to Josh my situation- Rich at this point tells me "Ok we will wait for you".... I was like WOW. Did they really just tell me they would wait for me? I live about an hour away and airport traffic between myself and them (Kennedy and LaGuardia) but I hopped in my car jumped on the highway and off I was. It took me just about an hour to get there and Rich and Josh were not only helpful but extremely informative and on top of all that Courteous, Professional and just all around nice guys who obviously really care about their customers, new or old. Not only did they wait for me, they helped me thru picking what was right for me all the way down to the nicotine count. I mean WOW. I am sooooo impressed with the quality of the service and at the expertise and knowledge so willingly to share. I mean who does that on their day off?-"We'll Wait." I can't say enough good things about their service. More importantly QUALITY-OMG this stuff is amazing. Pure taste. I mean when you use quality juice its like whoa what a difference. I will eventually do a full review on the juices but take it from me, Quality and Master Class Service is an equation that cannot be beat. These guys are going to be around a loooooong time and I am certain will continue to get praise from the vaping community, new and old. FIVE STARS guys. TY.
