Just wondering what your best matching setups are, after swapping tanks and mods now for over the last few months heres mine.

1.Polished SS Poldiac/polished SS Kracken.
2.Brass Nemmy/RSST.
3.Private V2/SS Trident.
4.Brass M16/AGA t2.
5.Vamo/Trident.

I just got the Trident and im finding it works best on the Vamo with organic cotton/ micro 28 ga 1.7 ohm vaping at 15 watts. My Vamo finally comes of the rack.I can even use a 18500 batt and it vapes just great, finally i can use the Vamo in stealth mode. Not bad,now i can play around with the wattage and voltage for that perfect taste.I must say cotton does taste smoother than SS cable.

I'm obsessive about the whole matchy-matchy thing. I can post photos later, when I can get to my real camera, but my best pairings are:
(all clones, btw, because money....)
Maraxus+brass Kraken
EA+Taifun GT
Magneto+RSST
Nemesis+AGA-TD
Chi-You+stainless steel Kraken
copper Caravela+Pulse G
Poldiac+KFL
Innokin SVD+some generic, large-ish silver and pyrex BCC

I have yet to find anything that looks right on my black Nzonic clone....but there's a Prometheus on there right now.

My Nemi/KFL+ looks like it was made for eachother.

Now when my W3 comes in I have a feeling that will also be a match made in mod heaven. If it ever gets out of NC that is.

i'm not a fan of how the igo w's fit on the nemesis...i need to find something that is more flush...like the patriot!

It's freakin' great. It's even one of the cheapest ones, from fasttech. I really didn't expect much but it's
solid as a rock. Could be I just got lucky, but the threads are nice and chunky, yet smooth with no burrs.

Only gripe I have is that the center, telescoping tube is obviously only brass plated, and thinly at that.
I knew this before I got it but wasn't thinking about it when I was polishing it the first time. So there's some fading
due to that. But that applies to probably every single "brass" mod that FT sells, unless it's specifically described
as SOLID brass.

The button is great, not a single misfire. And it IS surprisingly comfy in the hand, once you use it for a minute or so.

I agree.

Zip how do you like your maraxus?

Very cool. My caravela copper mod has plated brass. I am done with that. Solid brass or bust from now on for me.

Heh, I just realized I'm in the same boat. I've got the same (EHPro?) copper Caravela and was giving it a second polish last night, when I started trying to buff out a few tiny scratches in the top cap. Sure enough, off comes the plating.

It's things like this that WILL make me save up to buy authentic versions of some mods. Others are so far beyond my ability to save for (it's tough to put money aside when you seem to encounter a new medical issue every couple of weeks) that I'll probably just never have.

And that's not a HUGE deal. I mean, the only things that will make me really hate on a clone are
A) if it's being sold/advertised as being authentic
B) voltage drop so severe that it makes the thing damn-near useless without heavy/complicated modifying

Very cool. My caravela copper mod has plated brass. I am done with that. Solid brass or bust from now on for me.

Thanks man! Always glad to have a reason to break out my camera. Wish I coulda had more energy/less pain; I woulda taken some more/better shots.

Speaking of matching mods/tanks, I'd like to see how folks handle some of the weird little box shaped DNA devices. I'm interested in a Protovapor XPV. Maybe by the time they are able to process orders a bit faster, I'll be able to afford one.

Anyway, with something like that, I think I want a more non-standard color. Bright orange, red, something like that. That way, there's almost no chance of getting ANYthing to match, which should curb my natural tendencies to get everything color coordinated. :D

Love it! Thanks for sharing!

Great photo! I'm really itchin' for a Aqua+Origin combo myself.....

Thanks, s3 mobile pic :D

Not really a big fan of the aqua, I don't have x-ray eyes so its hard to know how much juice is left and 2ml of juice meh, in dual coil mode it eats juice 2x the amount of juice compared to a KFL, forever filling it up.

The origin and aqua are strange, 21mm why?? 2ml juice why?? steel tank why ?? Don't know why they just didn't make it full on hybrid because both don't really work well with anything else. Inner diameter is the same as a KFL just the wall thickness that is thinner for some reason, so it could easily be a 22mm device.

Hm. Didn't realize the Aqua only held 2ml of juice. I guess I just assumed it held about 4ml. That DOES kinda suck.
