I can cook, but I hate math. Here is what I did.

I did a recipe using an e-liquid calculator based on 5ml amount to make.
I added an additional .25ml of flavoring A and .2ml of flavoring B.
I ended up with a total output of 6ml. (there is a .5ml of something else in there that I will figure out later) How do I convert the ml. amount of the additional flavorings to a percentage?

(And it is ok to end your answer with "sheesh, you're really dumb".)

eJuice Me Up makes me guess how much PG, VG and base nicotine to use. The Ending Nicotine Level is ghosted. Why not let me enter a value in that field and do the calculation of everything else. Am I missing something here?

I think you are missing something. It will tell you how much to use based on what you have entered.....you tell it what the nicotine is (no guessing it's on the bottle)....how much you want to mix (total when all is said and done)......level of nic you desire.....% of each flavoring...and then your final desired pg/vg ratio. The only thing that you should have to guess at is the % flavoring that you want to use till you get it where you like it.

Where on the calculator are you thinking that you have to guess?

keela- I think the OP made a recipe and then went back and added extra flavor, which changed the final volume? I don't think the juice me up calculator 'back calculates' like that (I could be wrong).

Oh, just realized, if that's the case, the numbers I posted above would be wrong because they don't take into account the total volumes of each flavor added.

So you really want (*total* volume of flavors/6 ml)/100 = % flavor

So, if you originally added 1 ml of flavor A, then went back and added .25 ml to that, you'd have (1.25/6)*100 = 20.83%

Obviously, your nicotine level is different as well.

The e-Juice Me Up calculator doesn't calculate anything until you tell it to. You enter the PG/VG percentage and nic level, then enter how much you want to make in mls. Enter the PG/VG percentage you want to end up with, then enter the percentage of flavoring you want to use, then hit calculate. The hard stuff (math) is already done for you.

To enter new additions after you have started, simply change the percentage until the amount you entered is correct. I add it as another flavoring even if it's the same. Then when you're satisfied with the final product add them together before you save the recipe.

This works too. You have to remember to change the 'amount to make' to the new final volume.
