Its def a solid device that can take a beating. It is unregulated, so I recommend using AW IMR "High-Drain" batteries in it which will give you a more consistant vape. Another positive is that you can use different batteries for different voltages.
The only downside about it that people seem to not like is the button placement. The button is on the top, which means theres quite a few tanks you couldnt use without an adapter.

Thanks for the quick reply mynameisrob, I currently do have 3 AW IMR High drains which I got with my lava tube. The button placement is what actually wanted me to get the roughstack, something different. I like to be different than others...LOL. As for using tanks with it, I read that you have to get an extension to use it right? Well, my tank will be used at home with my lava tube and my roughstack will be my work use with cartomizers.

Yeah thats what I meant by youll need an adapter. A 510 to 510 adapter will give the extension needed to use most tanks. And if your just going to use cartos, then its not really an issue.

The High-Drain batteries are def the way to go for any unregulated PV and I promise youll notice the difference, and their def worth the few extra bucks.
The High-Drains you have now will allow you to vape at 3.7V, but you can also get other batteries for 5V, 6V, or 7.4V.
I buy all my High-Drain batteries from Super T Manufacturing, and I recommend checking them out if you ever want different ones for other voltages, or just want to grab an extra IMR 18650.
Super T sells a wide variety of AW protected batteries and AW IMR High-Drain batteries. If you want high-drains, make sure they say IMR, otherwise they are NOT High-Drain batteries. I also like Super T bc their shipping is only $1.71 if your order is under $36.

The switch is def alittle shoddy, but just be careful with it and you should be fine.

Had nothing but problems with the old switch. It would fail on me in a couple of weeks. The newer switch that is soldered has been working for 4 months now. So far so good at 3.7 and 7.4 (primarily). I don't mind using a 510-510 extender. If I overfill my cart or a tank leaks, it leaks into the adapter, not into the switch.
