Do you know if these are any better than the very first maxx blanks that so many people have had troubles with? In other words, have the bugs been worked out?

I'm not sure. Depends on how much of the problem was caused by cartos that were below 2.4ohms. I tested cartos from this batch using a 30%VG juice on a 5V passthrough, and was unable to duplicate the burnt taste. But id you want to be safe, maybe you should wait for user feedback.

Leaford, did you try the 30% VG with the lower resistance cartos (previous lot)?

Honestly, no. I was too focused on the testimg for THIS batch, in the time that was left. And I don't have a working multimeter to check the resistance of my older blanks. But I'll be sure to check that after yhe holiday when I'm working on diagnosing the problem with the engineers.
