Is it just me? I seem to be having wicking issues with pretty much most of the methods I've tried. I've used most of the methods available, but it seems like more times then not I'm getting nasty burnt taste or no vape or harsh hits. The only thing that seems to work pretty much always is a moist carto. I don't mind using them, but I have experienced amazing flavor and vapor from attys and tanks (when they work) Please help! I've been looking and havn't found what I'm looking for. Also I have tried VV with different settings with the same results.
Maybe I just don't get it?

Have you tried the Kanger T3? That is the best clearomizer that I have found. I leaned to rewick it with cotton knitting yarn and haven't had a bad taste or dry hit for quite some time now.
Consider a bottom feeder. REOmods.com or vapage.com and maybe a bunch of others I don't know about.
I've used clearomizers, I havae a Kanger t2, I have a rebuildable. I havn't tried the T3 yet. When I was going to order it was OOS. And the ratio just varies. 70/30 I have some 100% vg.
Used clearomizers but didn't like them. Using Vision brand Mini Vivi Novas for 6+ months and very happy with no issues. Make absolute sure you buy the Vision brand- clones/ knockoffs are garbage. Problem is they work so well vendors are OOS of the Vivis and the heads.
MV/S had a few colors in stock so I'll try them, also picked up a T3.
Find a real Vivi and learn to rebuild the heads. Kanthal 32g A1 is $9 for 100 ft on ebay and about $15 for a 12" x 12" sheet of #400 SS Mesh.
Don't be frustrated. We've all been there and have strived through it. Ask questions here, a lot of questions. Ask questions from your local vape shop. So you can work hand in hand with them. And you see it up close on why things happen and how things work.
Great just as long as they're advertised as Vision brand. 1.8 ohms for a warm vape (3.2- 4 volts), 2.4 ohms (4.0- 4.8 volts).
Ugh- I wish we had a local vape shop! Theres not even one in the entire state as far as I know.

Assuming that 70% is VG you might want to dilute your ejuice a bit with distilled water or PGA. VG is pretty thick compared to PG. Just a drop or two of liquid can make VG wick better.
Another idea is that you may be pulling too hard and fast on it. Vaping is the opposite of smoking, slow drags give the atomizer more time time to get hotter and make vapor as the air slowly passes. Waiting a bit between drags gives the wick a chance to reload the atomizer.

Just searched and it appears IMHO that Ecigs are not banned in SD. A number of Walgreens stores in SD are selling the cheapo models.
No they're not. One can get ecigs and refils for them etc... What I ment was the sales of MOD's, Vaporizers
I could be wrong. I've never checked into the laws, but when I questioned it the gentelman I spoke with said they can't be sold here.
Just did a search and couldn't find anything in SD. If outlawed juice would be targeted IMO. PVs, etc kind of tough to ban. It's a shot in the dark but you could start a new thread "Shoutout To SD Vapers". You'd be surprised and may get some important leads.
Help me out here. How is a Vision Mini Vivi Nova NOT a clearomizer?
