MC Tank / CE2 Tank Questions

So I'm interested in the MC tank, but understand there isn't a date when they will be available again. Seen a couple other options as far as CE2 tanks, but the distinct difference is the plastic fitting at the base of the MC. Any other options available out there with this design? Are there any other good options of note otherwise? Thanks.

Mc tanks are produced by a friend of mine, MC0676 of italian forum "esigarettaportal.it" and he still produces them for friends or whoever ask him. He's quite busy at the moment trying to make a "upside down" rebuildable atty, a genesis-like tank with the liquid above and the coil below.
