Yes good to see.
My understanding/opinion is that it's down to the UK having a national health system. Less sick people means less stress the NHS, ergo the government encourages vaping.
In the US sick and dying people actually generate income, so crush vaping and encourage smoking.
Money rules, people don't matter.

Wow, that is so painful to read but I'm sure you are right. I hadn't taken it that far in my head because the implications are so terrible but the more I thought about your comment, the more obvious it was to me. Heartbreaking...

It's worth noting that everybody and I mean everybody in the UK was fanatical anti vaping prior to the EU TPD legislation coming about. The NHS were threatening to sack staff for vaping on hospital grounds. It was all a bit mental. Stop smoking groups like ASH were freaking out. Everybody was quoting WHO opinions which were of course anti vaping.

They all did a 100 degree Uturn after the legislation was passed. A pigeon has more integrity.
