I started using it many years ago to keep "shiny" stuff on our vehicles "shiny".

Yes, it's a metal cleaner/polish.

It was like 7 or 8 bucks. In the automotive soap/wax section of Napa. I was specifically looking for blue magic, and I grabbed some random thing that said "metal polish" to see if it was okay for brass, and after few seconds I realized I was holding blue magic!
