Hey there! So I've been vaping for like the past 6 months or so, and just got my first mod the other day, and it has a slight issue. I bought a Chiyou clone from a friend who had used it previously, and the whole bottom section (the part the the locking ring and button are on), won't screw off. I wanted to take it off to try and fix the button because it keeps coming off. I have no idea why. Not sure if it's reverse threaded, or just stuck. Basically locking the button makes it pop off the mod. If it is reverse threaded that would be great to know because so far I've had no luck unscrewing it counter clockwise. It still works just fine but I'd really like to get the button working a little nicer. Thanks in advance for any help!

If I am understanding your post correctly, the button lock has been turned so far and hard that it is stuck. If you look at the switch there is a smooth ring that sits closest to the battery tube, then a ring with grooves, then tie button itself on the bottom. If the locking ring is stuck and the whole bottom cap/button assembly comes off, the best option (in my opinion) is to cover the two rings with some thin rubber, then GENTLY use two pairs of channel lock pliers to twist the lock ring free. Notice, I said GENTLY. If it does come free with a small amount of pressure, then the unit itself may have been previously damaged, and it would probably be best (again, my opinion) to purchase a new device.
