Decent list. Just a few things though, I would go with the Sony vtc4 or 5s. Better battery life, and more amps at your disposal. They're very good batteries. I would also recommend you try and find a hcigar clone if you can, it's an excellent clone. I don't know what fasttech is selling, but if they're not advertizing it as such, it's probably not an HCigar. You will spend a bit more, but it's worth it in my opinion. It's only like $4 more. Here's one: HCigar VW Nemesis Clone

You're also going to need wire and wick. Probably start out with 28 or 30 gauge Kanthal. You can buy it anywhere they sell rebuildables. As for wick, you can pick up silica, but I like cotton. I just buy organic cotton balls from CVS or yarn from like Walmart and boil it. Super cheap. Works really well. Kanthal A-1 250ft Spool - Kidney Puncher

You should also probably get a multimeter to test your batteries. These batteries have a max discharge and max charge limit. Mechanicals have no battery cut off when it gets too low, so you'll want to be testing (DC current). And the max charging cut off on that charger can fail. Discharging past max discharge, and charging over max charge are both situations you'll want to avoid. I suggest checking before and after charging. You can get a cheap multimeter for like $5 at any hardware store.

I also suggest a vapesafe fuze if you're vaping under 7 amps. Especially as you're just starting out. It'll give you some hard short protection. They go on the negative of your battery, nipple side to battery: Vape Safe & NEW Vape Safe II : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

I'm also going to leave this here. It's a threat all about safety with mechanicals and compatable ohms with certain batteries. It's been an invaluable resource to me as I've gotten into rebuilding: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-discussion-safety-battery-info-warnings.html

Have fun, be safe, and remember, though mechs are awesome (my vapeware of choice), they do carry higher risks than regulated devices, especially if you don't take the time to learn how to use the equipment safely. There is a learning curve with these and you definitely need to be willing to do your research. If you're not willing and don't want to bother, please stick to regulated devices for your own safety.
