Forget the mechanical switch, just buy a brand name switch that will fit in the housing.

Check the specs, this one looks decent.

So I got tired of the long blue light and no firing when I want to use a dual coil cartomizer, I've taken quite a few of the ePower switches apart for use in other mods, and I finally got around to fixing an actual ePower. It kind of looks b-52ish to me...so here's my B-fiftEpower.

The switch is pressed together, so you need to take some cloth or rubber with channel locks or vice grips, wiggle both ends apart carefully as there are wires attached to each side of the housing. Once you have it open everything is pretty easy to get, a green wire heading to the connector for positive, with red and black coming from the battery side into the mosfet. When you get the switch housing pulled apart you have to get the button out of the way so you can pull out a plastic sleeve that houses the mosfet, if you're not careful you will snap the small board.

Good luck, and let us know what you do/how it all goes...pictures man! pictures lol.

I's yank the useless PCB/electronics. Use a decent switch and some decent wire. Go for a straight through, low resistance approach. Works fine for Silver Bullet.

Yeah, I broke the pcb, but I wasn't about to use it. if I pulled it apart to show the internals it's really just straight wired through a switch, but now my ePower is useful once more instead of just looking pretty on my desk. Speaking of the silver bullet, I think that's going to me my next purchase...that or a Helix.
