I'm pretty new to vaping (probably going on 2 months now), but I have a couple vaporizers and noticed something and wanted to ask here to see if you guys could explain to me why it's happening...

My 2 main vaporizers are a Kamry K101 and a Vamo v5...I noticed that when using my Aerotank on my Kamry I get a really nice flavor on almost any juice I smoke out of it, but if I put the same tank and battery on my Vamo v5 I can't seem to match the flavor no matter what voltage or wattage I set it at....using ohms law I figured I should be able to get fairly close, but I just can't get it to match up...any ideas?

Get an inline voltage meter, measure the voltage actually making it to your coil after resistance loss, and apply that voltage to your vamo.

It may be the slow pwm the vamo uses to boost the voltage..I use to think I could tell a difference when I had a mod that offered 33.3Hz/pulse wave and faster frequency/triangle wave.. but I always thought I was just crazy..

Most of the V5 Vamo have an option to switch between RMS and mean regulation. Mean is a terrible choice. Search the old Vamo subforum, can't post there but you can read, and you'll find what to do. My V5 is only RMS so I don't remember the combo. I think its a 10 second press of either the + or - button. Don't even remember what text you see as the mode changes. I believe by default on those that can switch its mean which is the bad choice.
