I went from my provari to the sigelei 20Watt and am now building the 120 Watt Duke. Meanwhile I bought a genuine pioneer for you 50 Watt PV and I see dozens of vendors popping up with these 100 Watt Pre-Order mods collecting hundreds of dollars of cash per customer for super mods 100 Watts and above before they even place their orders from Sigelie and other manufacturers who now are announcing that the mad roll out may be postponed indefinitely.

By law, that is fraud to collect money for a product that does not even exist yet. What will happen. First it was July, then August now Sept and no stock in sight.

How will they people get their money back.. Paypal will be on the hook for all this undelivered merchandise and then what are they going to do.

Good point, and often as I have looked around on ebay seeing all of the pre-order's it really has really bothered me. These high powered mods are coming out of China flawed as we all have seen with the reviews on them. Updates that are frying the boards, 100w advertised mods that will only hit that wattage at a certain ohm range which they dont bother to tell you.

And the one thing that just really pisses me off is the false advertising, calling everything a Raptor and Killa this and Killa that. IMO and its my right to have that opinion, I think every false advertised add, and every pre-order sale on flea-bay should be brought down and they should loose their account. If your a business owner or a modder you should only sell what you have available. If you only have the means to purchase or build 1, then sell that 1 and move on to 2 etc

My theory is Simple. If You Don't Like the terms and conditions that someone wants to sell you something, Don't Buy It.

I haven't seen many problems with Retail Sellers doing Pre-Orders.

If your looking at 100w+ regulated mods, then you should already be aware that you are only going to obtain that wattage based on the resistance you build. They kind of go hand in hand.
