Hi all....

Just realized today that my carts are melting around the edge that is closest to the atty. I've noticed some people posting about burnt tasting carts and attys, and I'm wondering if this is what is causing that taste.

I started out with a 510. Not sure if I was experiencing this while using them or not, but I don't think so. I then switched to Tornado batts because the 510's needed charging so often.

One day shortly after I got my tornado's I had a problem with a faulty switch, I didn't notice until the thing was basically on fire! not good.

Anyway, does anyone know if anybody is manufacturing carts that are not meltable? I tried putting a little tin foil around the edge, but....not a good solution.

That has been my experience as well. You take the cartridge out and look at the top and it seems melted.

Usually what I do is with a new cart is vape away until it is nice and hot and then remove the cart. Cut the top sliver off all the way around, not too much, just that top ml. The heat makes it easier to cut. Doesn't affect performance at all.

Plug it back in and away you go. Good luck friend.
