Member rank and subscriptions broken! :(

Hey everybody I'm having a few problems with my account, figured I would post it here to see if anything could be done about it.

My member status downgraded it's self the other day went from senior member to full member with a * and I have well over 250 posts. Should be comming up on super member soon. I'm broke due to a car crash that almost killed me and massive medical bills so I don't really have the extra cash to become a supporting member to change it, I really wish I could, I would love to donate to become one!

The other problem is with my subscriptions to threads. I have a few threads set to auto notify via email, some with daily and weekly notifications and some set to user CP only. It was working fine but recently everytime a new post is made to these threads I never get a email or anything in my CP about it. I've tried unsubbing and resubbing and that didn't work either.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Optimo, your "Full Member*" status, happens to some members for reasons that only management knows about. I have a suspicion that even if you were a supporting member, you would not be able to change it.

As for the second question, there was a forum crash a few days ago. Try cancelling the auto notify and then activating it again and see if that works.

Thanks, So can management fix the member status problem or am I stuck with it? Or will gaining a new rank by post count bump it up?

From what I have seen, you are stuck with it, until management decides otherwise.
