I did some shopping this site: COV, and have always been treated well and served well.
Latter'm disappointed with the service, because I bought an atomizer and the same vision eternity arrived without air passage, leaving his ultilização impossible.
I've sent two messages to try to make a return, at least the part where it mounts the resistance, where mind is likely the problem and have no response from the representative of this site.
I would like some suggestions from friends and if anyone has been there, what should I do?
I am immensely sad because a reputable site like this offers no customer support.
I hope that with my message, this huge portal, have at least contact me to try to resolve my case.

Sorry for my immediacy and perhaps my amateurism to report such a case of simple resolution, understand that I was upset and that here in my country situations this standard, are not so simple to solve.
I live in Brazil! and here nothing is easy ..
But it created a huge expectation to use the product and felt frustrated when I realized it would take more than one month, so to be able to use it.
I am grateful for your attention.
If similar problem happens again I reportarei so only the clous of vapor.
