Hey everyone!

Soon we will launch the updated V3 version of the Jantystick!

When i say soon, i mean soon : The USA shop should have them in
around a week - and the rest of the shops should follow suit
shortly after.

Please note: currently the V3 is available elsewhere due to a miscommunication.
The price set by Janty for the V3 version is the same price as for the V2 version.

However, if you find a lower price for the V3 elsewhere,
Janty will give you a discount to match their price minus 7 USD!

Please note: If you purchase the Jantystick V3 at another store,
than a official Janty store, you will also adhere to that stores
warranty policies.

If you purchase it at www.jantyworld.com, or an official Janty
store, you will get our fantastic customer service, and a 6 month
warranty.

* The button design is completely changed, and should no longer be
an issue at all. It has a soft, but firm touch.

* The new button will also sport a Janty Logo embossed

* The atomizer protrudes from the body about 1cm more than on the
V2, which means you WILL be able to screw the atomizer in and out
of the body, without any problems at all.

* The USB charging port on the side, has been rotated at a 90
degree angle, and comes with a new USB cable, that is also rotated
in the same way. This allows for more flexibility and a better
position overall when it is plugged in for USB charging/vaping
while charging.

* The back of the Jantystick ( where the atomizer comes out ) has
undergone a small design change - it now has a rounded back edge,
making it look and feel much smoother.

* We have made some new colorschemes for the Jantystick V3 -
depending on where you shop, these might or might not be
available.

The colors are:

Shiny Silver, similar to the old JS V2, but ..shiny =)
Shiny IPOD-type black
Shiny IPOD-type white
Black rubberized matte

I will post some more pictures later!

The pictures, at least on the Heaven-Gifts site, seem to show the same old stupid battery cover, and if this hasn't been changed, I'm really disappointed. I'd happily exchange the 90 degree USB cable for that one thing. Given the fact that losing this cap completely disables the device, it seems much more important than colors, finish and ergonomics combined. You can't even buy spares. I haven't actually lost one yet, but there have been a number of scary moments. Am I right?

On another note, when will some details about the Stick XL be released? Or do you want to risk Joye or some other affiliate stealing your thunder on that as well?

Here is a few questions answered:

The white one looks like a perfect companion to MacBook.
BTW, is there a news letter of Janty shop? I don't like to miss white Janty Stick during limited period of lower-than-HeavenGifts price.

Heaven-gifts will carry the color schemes we are - plus we should have enough of all colors when that time comes. For now we will focus on ipod white and black matte. We might do a poll on here, for what color should come out next.

Is there any modification as to leaking inside the unit?

Yes there has been some modifications to adress this problem as far as i know

well, in my case the stick on HG (Gold account) is 47.50$ ~ 35€

if janty really matches this price, i will wait

Re-read the original text i posted, i have updated it - basically, if you find it cheaper, we will lower the price on what you found it for and subtract 7 dollars from that price.

I doubt Janty will match the price for a member loyalty incentive price at Heaven-Gifts. I'll bet it will be a few dollars cheaper (i.e., 1 or 2), plus the natural reduction in shipping costs and time. That's enough incentive for me to buy it from Janty. Plus the customer service. I can wait a week or so.

I am not sure about the member loyalty price, but i think its fair to say that would be .. unfair ;) However, feel free to check with your shop for this particular enquiry

Well. We are making some flip out battery covers, that you can attach a lanyard to - which makes it harder to lose, and you can also flip out the "ring" making you able to unscrew/screw the battery cap in and out with ease - i will check to see when these will be in the shops - and also, we will be selling spare covers soon.

Noone is stealing any thunder anywhere. We, and Joyetech are both large companies, and sometimes miscommunication happens - this is one of those times. The Stick XL is more or less designed, and once we go about the process of finishing that design and details, we will post on ECF so you all can have a look, and a say before it goes to production

Thanks for the answers. Here's a suggestion for your next offerings. Instead of using finely threaded fasteners, use 1/4 turn locks. Threads aren't necessary, and are probably more costly, in this application.

Also, can you check and relay what changes were made to improve the sealing? Adding RTV to the design in the V2 was a mistake, it caused more problems than it solved (contaminated the atty threads in a number of cases).

I am checking now for the sealing internally, - as for the threads/fasteners - its not cheaper if you can modify the current ones you have, and you have those in stock ;)

Pictures can be deceiving but --

It almost looks like the switch button can turn and lock when not in use. There appears to be an arrow on the button and a matching arrow on the outer ring of the switch assembly. Match the arrows and the button can't be depressed. Un-match the arrows and the switch *can* be depressed.

Oh Mik.... Am I reading too far into this? And if I am can I have royalties on this new invention that you can manufacture? LOL

(actually, this is not a new idea of a turning/locking switch. The auto industry uses this for electric powered side view mirrors. It seems like this would be a nice application for our PVs though. Turn the button, locking the switch and toss that bad boy in your pocket - safe as could be)

That would be nice, but unfortunately no. We are relying solely on the 12 second cutoff, should it activate in your pocket.

I have tested this, and it seems its quite hard to actually press it by mistake, since the button has a bit of a ways to travel when you push it - you dont feel this when you use it normally, but if you try to activate it in your pocket by rubbing up against something etc, then its almost impossible.

I don't have any problems with my V2, so the V3 improvements are mostly cosmetic and not really earthshaking. Has anything been done to improve the flavour of the vape?

My V2 produces lots of vapour but I can barely taste the flavouring of the liquid. I bought an M201 as a backup for when the V2 is undergoing maintenance, but the flavour is so good on the M201, my V2 has become the back up unit.
