Well, I've just eaten nearly my own bodyweight of roast goose, parsnips and bread sauce, so that's all I have to say for now!

I lived in the Azores for a few years, never got used to bacalau though, definitely have to be of Portuguese descent to enjoy that! Mind you I don't turn down Terras de Lava or Mil Nov Centos e Vingt though...

Those sound like wines, going to have to google lol... I don't know if I was even spelling bacalao right, but to us it is an Italian thing =)
