Fran, just for you...here's a pic of my big tree the last Christmas I put it up. Can you find the folk art cows in it? There are at least 6 showing in this pic

Thank you Tracy. I don't have the tree anymore, I donated it to the Salvation Army when we moved to CT. It was a 7ft pre-lit tree...but I still have all my decorations in boxes. I've been collecting folk art ornaments for 25 years
I will have to upload pics of mine when it's up. Our tree decorating tastes are very similar. Mine is loaded with all sorts of handmade ornaments by my children over the years, as well as some store bought cute ones. No particular theme for me (not just balls, or glass, etc) but just how I like it. Filled with things that make me happy!

We went up to the mountians and cut down our tree today. I tied it to the roof and it got a little beat up on the way home

I like to do my tree in these glass icicle and icecube guys. Then I usually throw in a little color with the lighting and a few plain ornaments. I change the color every year, but I've been collecting the ice cube guys for years now.
I don't know what is funnier, wharfs tree, the picture bov posted of charlie brown's tree looking exactly like wharfs tree or fran accusing wharf of taking charlie browns tree, but I am truly laughing out loud!

Love the avatar Fran. I don't know if I can visit this thread again if that tree keeps coming up, it is just way too funny and the family thinks I am crazy sitting here laughing at my computer.
I love this thread. Ever since I moved to Florida, I have the hardest time getting into the Christmas spirit. I guess it's the lack of cold, snow and the like, just isn't the same hanging Christmas lights in shorts lol.
