It' going on two weeks since I brought the issue up.

Wait a second... you PM'ed me late Friday... I had already sent you a bunch of replacement blanks and a new XL battery. I talked to you this week, I passed the blanks that you sent me around to several of the people at the office and no one noticed an issue. When I spoke with you, I told you we would do whatever you wanted us to do, and I still will. I just don't understand why you would feel the need to bring this up here.

It's hard for me to believe you don't find anything wrong with the threads. Why would I send you new blanks, and a XL to inspect if there wasn't anything wrong? The kicker is I received some new blanks from a different company on Friday, and they fit perfectly on all my batteries. The difference between the way the threads mesh is undeniable. When I received the other blanks I knew for a fact that all of my V4L blanks had faulty threads. On Thursday you offered to replace a portion of the blanks I bought, and the XL I sent you. This doesn't work for me as I'm still stuck with dozens of blanks with faulty threads. I explained this in a PM sent to you. Again...I'm not looking to get anything for free, and feel justified in asking for an exchange of all of the blanks I purchased,or a full refund. The only reason I posted this is because I wanted to get your attention. This is turning into a major hassle.

Since this *is* a retail business, people complaing about nothing and everything is par for the course. I work in retail and I've seen it all, the good, bad, and ugly. Unfortunatly the ugly is usually the folks that feel they are entitled special treatment, ' I spend [whatever] dollars here and I demand my wishes to be granted, NOW'! Ugh.

Wing, all the carts are a tight fit on the threads the first time. I don't know if someone went back to metric without sending out a memo or what, but screwing the carts down flush, even if the fit is tight, wont hurt anything unless you over-tighten the things. The threads are only three deep, and I've experienced that the carto's threads loosen up with use, not the batt threads.

We are talking about tread tightness, aren't we? Its a tight fit, snug, and if you don't like it, just work one on and off a few times and it will become easier.

We typically send customers replacements before receiving the defective product because we do trust our customers. We don't want them to be without what they paid for so we send replacements out immediately, trusting that the defective product will be returned and be in order. I'm sorry that you are finding an issue with our policy. Just trying to make sure that they are properly stocked in reasonable time.

If this issue was coming up for others you'd be getting a more interested response - the real problems always get discussed openly here. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of V4L stuff, and usually order at least once a week, and haven't experienced this one. Wondering if you just need to screw 'em on tighter; that one I have experienced. The cart should go all the way to the point where slots and holes meet.
