It's hard for me to believe you don't find anything wrong with the threads. Why would I send you new blanks, and a XL to inspect if there wasn't anything wrong? The kicker is I received some new blanks from a different company on Friday, and they fit perfectly on all my batteries. The difference between the way the threads mesh is undeniable. When I received the other blanks I knew for a fact that all of my V4L blanks had faulty threads. On Thursday you offered to replace a portion of the blanks I bought, and the XL I sent you. This doesn't work for me as I'm still stuck with dozens of blanks with faulty threads. I explained this in a PM sent to you. Again...I'm not looking to get anything for free, and feel justified in asking for an exchange of all of the blanks I purchased,or a full refund. The only reason I posted this is because I wanted to get your attention. This is turning into a major hassle.

Please return any unused blanks and we will swap them out for you.

Can you explain to me exactly what "sway them out" entails? After getting unsolicited PM's from former V4L customers I'm concerned about how this will be handled going forward.

Looks to me like a typo. I'm sure he meant "swap them out".

I speak fluent typoese.

Mark, I can say you get my order to me very fast and I always get what I order and then some, never had anything bad on anything I order. You guys go there and beyond to help and then some, you guys are #1 in my daily start. your my daily fix,,, I have to get on here when I get up till I go to bed,,, THANKS

MM I feel the same way. I really appreciate how quick mark answered his phone for my stupid mistake on an order. We need to show everyone that works at V4L how much it means to us that they are so kind and generous. I always get freebies and NEVER ONCE have I asked for anything. They can sell that stuff to make profit off of it but instead they are kind enough to send me fun things. I cant afford 100 dollar order but I do try when I get some money to buy myself a little something extra. I am so pleased with this company and their quick responses to emails and phone calls. I thank you guys so much!

I always like the little something they add to the order, make me fell special, and the discount all the time,,,, Thanks alot V4L, HUGZZZZZZZZZ

Well I feel bad about the discount AND the freebies, I feel like I'm taking advantage of them so bad, I mean they can make a few bucks off the freebies but that's what happens when your with a family. They love you and will do anything for you.

I do to,,, Like the email I got from Steve V4L has a big family and I'm glad to be a part of it,,, I feel guilty too,,, but it make me feel like a kid in a candy store when the person throws alittle bit of something different you never had in the bag to surprize you when you get home...I always look for that little something in the bags before looking at my order,,,

How much more would it cost to have cartos in a sealed package?
At least that way, in a case like this, where the customer even sent back what he believed to be defective cartos for inspection, and NPF. V4L could send a refund upon receipt of sealed units.
... Or if someone ordered like 10 packs of a flavor, found he didn't like it and wanted to exchange the rest, he could, so long as they were sent back in their factory seals.
But without seals it becomes a bit of a health ordinance issue.

This is actually something we are looking into... we would never restock any carts or juice that had been sent out to customers.

Mark,

Is there a more efficient way to get all of these blanks to you? The carts I sent to you previously were delivered on a Monday morning, but didn't reach you personally until Thursday. I have a total of 85 unopened blanks here....Check my recent orders. They don't have the original boxes as I put them in a organizer when I was stocking up. Is this a problem? If not, what will I be getting in return, and can I select colors? If I'm getting premiums in exchange I'm willing to take a lesser amount for the equivalent value. What is the best way to expedite the process?

As hotly contested as this market space is, please don't trust heat-sealed baggies. I've got a heat sealer behind me that was < $20 on fleaBay.

Blister-packs would be my minimum level of trust because I'd have to send them out to have them done, leaving a paper-trail. The odds that someone trying to discredit the industry or a company could knock-off a blister-pack without leaving a paper trail are far more fleeting. Big Pharma or Big Tobacco - sure. Anyone else? No. And BP or BT would have too much risk exposure to go that route most likely, so it concerns me less.
