Messed up order

:( Let's see, I placed some orders with Totally Wicked UK recently, and I received one package with completely the wrong stuff in it. They clearly made a mistake and clearly messed up my order (I wonder if they realized that I ordered their products for the purposes of reviewing them). I'm eager to see how their customer service is planning to resolve the problem. Currently, I'm waiting to hear back from their customer service about it. I'm gonna keep you guys posted on my situation in this forum.

Wouldn't it make more sense to give perfect service if they knew they were going to be reviewed?

I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Perhaps the shipping labels were accidentally switched and someone else has your order.

I'm sure they will exchange the order for you.

Have to admit I have always had very good service from Wicked Uk! (use them a lot!) Always had emails answered and fast delivery! But I suppose with sending so much stuff out things do go wrong? As Above am sure they will sort it out! I got a large order been dispatched today so hope your`s is one off ha-ha 8-o

Well, that's who I have been dealing with and I'm still waiting to hear back from her. It's been a few days already and still no response. Perhaps it's time I give a call.
Well from my experience, that's VERY unusual.... generally they are one of the quickest to respond to everything

I've read that they have been extremely busy with the new website and opening a new TECC US site along with a few other things they're working on. Angela is right that they generally respond very quickly.:confused:
