MFS Ithaka RBA

Does anyone have and/or like the MFS Ithaka rba? If so, how easy is it to rebuild the coils in?

Or how about the 454 Big Block from MFS? I'm curious about how quad coils would preform

From what I can remember the Ithaka builds require non resistance wire, but could be wrong. The 454 bb is a RDA, so we're talking about apples vs oranges. Mostly depends on what you want to go with.
