I do not understand the whole public mourning of any celebrity, no matter who it is. MJ was as popular in my day (I was in high school from '81-'85) as Elvis or the Beatles were in any other generation, but no celebrity has had enough of an "impact" on my life that I feel anything except a moment of sadness that someone who was only 50 passed on.

These people having a breakdown or committing suicide because of his death are, quite frankly, a little "off" themselves.

I will reserve my true grief for family and friends, not some person whom I never met.

I never believed the molestation charges. Yesterday it was on one of the news channels that the second kid that was supposedly molested has openly admitted that it did NOT happen. What I can see is a parent only looking at the $ and thinking an easy way to get some cash and USE one of their children to get it! Not heard of...hardly. How many times have I seen news stories that someone was busted for putting out those little containers in convenience stores to collect money to help a parent pay for medical expenses for their child with cancer only to find out it was all a scam. Or those that will send their kids in a store to steal merchandise for their parents! Sorry but those that think a parent would never put their child in a position to make them some quick cash is totally naive.

problem is because he was a celeb he was able to buy his way out of a guilty verdict



there have been cases in this country with much less evidence where people have gone to jail and were found guilty and many times many cases never even get to trial becuase of statue of limitations but because of who michael jackson is he was found not guilty


personally when i found out he died from a heart attack i was glad to hear it...and hope he rots in hell

I think we all need to have faith that there is a higher power and we will all be judged on judgement day - every one of us - MJ, Catholic Priests, Robert Blake, OJ included. We should live our lives believing that and this would be a better world.

Sh*t like this happens daily dude. Jackson was a high profile person and would have been a very easy target for slimbags who wanted to grease their palms with a simple accusation. An accusation that is a stigma that can't be let go even if proven untrue. He opens an amusement park (so low income kids could have fun at ZERO costs), does much charity work at childrens hospitals and burn wards (Hell, he even funded a burn ward to be built!), s*it, he even went out of his way to get stuff together to a kid who was dying a liver so he can live! Hardely a pedophile in my book.

Jackson had no other choice. He was a big leager, suddenly kids were telling the system they were being "abused". But none of the stories added up in the end and Jackson paid them.

Unfortunatly for Jackson, he painted himself as a very easy target for greasemoms to get a quick buck. Junior says jackson sucked his c*ck, Jackson paid $20 mill.

Personally, after reviewing what I have seen about him, I don;t think the world deserved Jackson. Screwballs took advantage of him.

Not only did the second kid retract his statement, the father of the first kid was caught on tape laughing about how he was going to get a ton of money out of forcing his kid to make false claims. And it worked. BigJimW is correct.

Not many people have heard the term 'asexual' but ~1-3% of the population are. You can google it. MJ was clearly an asexual. Asexuals experience no sexual atraction to anyone or anything. Period. Full stop.

That fact, along with his cosmetic surgeries and virtiligo (not to mention his $$$$) made him fair game for predators.

I have always been a fan of MJs music and admire all of his charitable work. He is listed in the Guiness Book of Records with the highest contributions. Congress is passing a Bill to honor his work in helping so many.

You people that want to pass judgement and hate him so much should at least educated yourselves a little about his life---

And I will tell you, NOBODY is immune to child molestation charges. Not even Michael Jackson. You speak from medial pablum. I speak from personal experiance in the matter. Jackson would have been convicted if the charges were true. Procecutors do not let this **** go.

First off, Jackson had every reason to put alarms in his house. He was a very high profile person, with a lot of money and property. He couldn't even safely walk down the isle of his local supermarket to grab a bag of chips if he wanted to. The alarm systems were warrented. His house would have been a very profitable "hit" to someone who wanted to rob it. Alarms were warrented in his situation. Yeah, sure, he put in all those alarms to let him know that someone was sneaking by his bedroom so he can stop sucking that little boys c*ck. Yeah, that's it.

And second, many parents seemed to not have any problems with their kids sleepovers with Jackson. It was just the few dirtbags that wanted to make quick buck and claim Jackson was a diddler.

So, where is the evidence to convict?

NO COURT WOULD HAVE GIVEN JACKSON CUSTODY IF ALLOGATIONS WERE TRUE

Even if the courts had half a smell of someone being a pedophile, said defendant would NOT have custody until proven otherwise.

In family courts in the US, it is NOT "Innocents until proven guilty", but "Clear and Convincing Evidence". THAT is a much higher standard to win. I know. Working as my own lawyer (pro-se) to get my kids back from my ex, and not lose my parental rights, I had to take a crash course on it, and quickly. I learned a lot. Jackson got a raw deal and is being deamonized because of some slimebags who were out to make a quick buck.

A shame for the USA. Lynch before conviction.
