I think you a J-wrap style cover for a nice device is going to be your best bet. I would be worried about the quality of something made with a depiction of copyrighted character on it, knowing that it was not approved. There are clones and then there is cheap crap. If you find something with a Mickey logo of some kind on it, 99.9% chance it will be crap.

Why don't you get a 'plain' mod (like the logo-less nemesis clone) then find a picture you like of Mickey and get it etched or engraved on to your mod by an engraving company?

It is relatively cheap to get done, I would list some companies that do laser engraving, but they are in the UK. I am sure google will find some places near you. Prices started at around $20 setup fee + $1.50 per minute of machine engraving time (from what I saw).
