Hello all, just received my first vapemail for juice refills. Before today I was a slave to pre-filled cartos... after today I proudly say NEVER again!!! (unless it's free of course... since, no one likes to pass up free stuff :)

Today I'm going to review the first two juices I tried, Juicy Clear's Timmy's Ice Capp and Stinky Canuck's Nibble My Neck. I have 18 flavours in all this go around... hopefully enough to get me thru a month long tasking away from home.

Juicy Clear Timmy's Icecap 18mg

Unsure of the ratio for this one, however just had to try it. Nice big vapour clouds and decent throat hit in the 18mg. It smells like a spiced latte or maybe a vanilla cappuccino. Quite dark coloured, but I'm sure it's just artificial colouring. It definitely does NOT taste like a Timmy's Icecap, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It is a very decent sweetened coffee vape, almost a dark roast coffee taste to it. All in all a great coffee taste, but not quite my favourite. I actually wish I got a 30ml bottle of a different flavour instead of this one, BUT definitely not a flavour I would just toss.

Stinky Canuck's Nibble My Neck 12mg

Since the whole reason I wanted to switch to vaping was to get off of smoking, I decided to drop the nic strength in this one. Again, not sure of the VG/PG Ratio on this one... but I digress. NMN smells like fruit punch, with a hint of red licorice. On first inhale it tasted a lot like a frozen fruit punch, but once I got it really pumping through my carto, INSTANT nibs flavour! This juice is absolutely delicious. Through the inhale and exhale you get very prominent nibs candy flavour. I did notice a very slight cough syrupy flavour at the very end of the exhale, but it is not a game ender. I love this juice, even without steeping :) Great vapour production, but I didn't notice much TH unless I took a really deep draw. I guess it's something I have to get used to if I want to lower my nic intake. Overall though, could definitely be an All Day Vape.

Once I try some other juices and let some of them steep, I will keep up my noob reviews... until alas, I suppose I lose my noob status :)

As promised :)

Jugheads Jokesmoke 50PG/50VG 18mg

There is nothing I can say that others haven't already said. Great throat hit at 18mg, light semi-sweet vape that produces tons of vapour. My favourite first thing in the morning vape already. Has just enough flavour to get the taste of toothpaste out of your mouth, but light enough for it not to desensitize the taste-buds before the first coffee of the day. I'm winding down the work day with some Jokesmoke as I type. It's not quite a flavourless vape, as I find it has a bit of semi-sugary, kind of citrus-y, maybe vanilla taste to it. It's hard to describe without actually vaping it. Juggy said he wouldn't recommend it to a new vapour because it's light and may turn off potential customers, however I'm a new vaper and I can't recommend it enough. Awesome vape!

Stinky Canuck's Blue Cheese 12mg

Stinky's flavours are awesome super full flavour vapes. Out of all the ones I've tried I really wanted to review this one. First and foremost I do not like cheesecake! Guess what though? Blue Cheese, which is a blueberry cheesecake flavour is a great tasting, fruity creamy vape. The blueberry to me tastes a little artificial, more like a candy than a syrupy cake filling BUT it's not a bad blueberry taste at all. I find it tastes very close to a blueberry campino candy and not as much like cheesecake which is awesome. Some reviewers have said they notice a slight baked goods flavour, I suppose to simulate a cheesecake crust. I don't taste it, but again my tastebuds are still pretty new to vaping, as I've vaped for less than a month. I don't get any throat hit off this one, and find it incredibly smooth. I'm pretty fresh off analogs, so the TH may still come with time. Vapour production is a little less than others I've tried, but the strong flavour really makes up for it. Another hit from Stinky Canuck!

Jugheads Organic BlueBerry Lemonade 18mg

This is a 50/50 juice, and a very strong one at that. It's pretty much exactly what it says it is. It tastes like Blueberry Lemonade, or a little like the sour blue warheads candies. Tons of vapour, and TH that you'd expect from an 18mg. This one isn't an ADV for me, but there is nothing unpleasant about it. It's almost a little sour and I actually had to cut it with Jokesmoke. This is at a ratio of about 5 or 6 drops of jokesmoke, and the rest of the carto Blueberry Lemonade. Even with a good quarter of a carto Jokesmoke, I don't taste it. This is a very strong flavour, but it is tasty. I could definitely see it being vaped with a nice glass of cold water on a hot sunny day... not the same effect when being vaped outside in the snow, but nothing poor about it. Once again, not a favourite, and I wouldn't go out of my way to order it again. That being said, I wouldn't necessarily never order it again.

Planet Vapes Monster Energy 18mg

Being completely honest here, I got a 30ml bottle of this and wish I went with a different flavour. This was on sale and got it for about half price. Even 30ml of the worst juice is still 30ml of juice, so it's not a travesty. To be clear, this is by no means the 'worst juice', but I would've been happier if this was a sampler size. My curiosity got the best out of me and I just had to try it. It's actually a red coloured juice which kind of messed me up since Monster is supposed to be GREEN!!! Taste wise... holy cow, DEAD ON... if you like Monster Energy drink you WILL like this vape. It's a little to sweet for me, however so is the actual drink. Vapour production is decent, however not as much as in some of my other juices. The amount of vapour is more a long the lines of some of my V2 Pre-fills. Not sure the VG/PG ratio on this one, but I would guess it's a little higher in the PG spectrum. No complaints with TH. All in all, excellent juice if you want a sweet vape that tastes damn near IDENTICAL to its namesake. If you're not an energy drink fan, it's probably not the vape for you. Probably going to try it with a little jokesmoke and see what happens!

Jughead's VG Eh & Dubble U Rootbear 18mg

My second review will be a nicer one because I did not like this one. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and it may require a little more steeping. Remember that taste is subjective and all that because I have read reviews that some people really like this juice. This is also the first all VG juice of Juggy's I've tried, so here's to hoping the others are better. It smells like a nice sweet rootbeer, but it has a horrendous after smell, which unfortunately carries through to the vape. It's sort of a chemical smell/taste that has the unfortunate odour of spit. Not pleasant. When vaped it also carries a slightly burnt taste, so I may have to use a lower voltage and will give it another chance dripping in a fresh carto. I had a coffee flavour in the carto I tried this on, and it may have mixed, but I didn't get any coffee flavour... just a bad taste of maybe stale rootbeer. Great vapour as usual, and decent TH for a VG juice. If this doesn't get any better with age or vape differently on another piece of gear, I won't be getting it again.

Jughead's Organic Orange Cream 18mg

Another 50/50 organic flavour. Also another strong flavour not unlike the Blueberry Lemonade. I didn't initially like this flavour, however it has grown on me substantially since first taste. It smells like an orange creamsicle, and I love orange creamsicle flavour. When vaped, it's not so much creamy as it is like an orange candy. The vape reminds me very strongly of the way an orange powdered drink smells. I was a little disappointed I was getting any creamy taste out of it, however the orange is very pleasant. I may have been having a bad taste day at first, because with more use I was getting subtle cream hints. It's not overly sweet and it has quite a nice fruity flavour. It's nice and scratchy on the throat and the vapour, as with most of Jughead's Juices is borderline ridiculous. There's a lot of vapour and I find I still breathe out a few plumes out of my nose even after the initial exhale. I don't recommend it for stealth vaping, but there is nothing wrong with that :) Overall another great flavour in Juggy's juice lineup.

No new reviews today, however I would like to update on Jughead's Blueberry Lemonade 18mg. So there I was last night filling up my carto full of Jokesmoke for the day, (without a doubt my all-time favourite vape thus far) and realised my empty carto still smelled very strongly of Blueberry Lemonade. I didn't think much of it since the carto was definitely empty as it wasn't producing vapour anymore. Thought it would be safe just to fill with Jokesmoke and carry on. WRONG!!! The entire carto still tasted exactly like the Blueberry Lemonade vape, and nothing like Jokesmoke. Not a bad experience of course, as I'm finding I really do enjoy the Blueberry Lemonade, but was bummed out that I used about a ml of Jokesmoke... and didn't get Jokesmoke. Important Noobie lesson learned... light flavour in a used strong flavour carto, you're going to get the strong flavour lol. I rinsed this one and it's currently drying, but it still smells really strongly of BBL... don't want to risk using anymore JS in it, so I'm reserving a blank carto just for it now.

That is all :)

Stinky Canuck's Tarty Party 12mg

Another tart and fruity flavour from Stinky Canuck. A great dessert vape! Tons of vapour but not noticing any TH. I'm used to an 18mg juice, so I don't get much TH from anything under. This juice has a slight lemon flavour on the inhale that tastes exactly like a lemon pie filling, but the star taste of this is a buttery baked goods taste. This baked goods taste, surprise surprise, tastes identical to a tart. Tarty Party is a lemon tart vape, like the rest of Stinky Canuck's line tastes identical to its namesake. Delicious! Nothing else really to say about this vape, other than I wish I got a stronger strength!

Stinky Canuck's Honey I'm Home 12mg

Not a complete fan of this one. I'm finding I'm taking more of a liking to the sweet dessert flavours, and not really enjoying too much that is tobacco flavoured. This is my second carto of this one and while it'll do in a pinch, I wouldn't go head over heels waiting for it. It's not an overly strong flavour in either the honey or the tobacco, which is good. I don't really enjoy the honey flavour, as it tastes more like an artificial chemically taste that kind of over-powers it. The description matches though as it's honey flavour on the inhale, and a rich tobacco on the exhale, that isn't overly strong. I think I may wait until I get a few more blank carto's to test juices as I'm getting into the re-used carto territory and I don't feel like I'm being fair on the reviews. Lots of vapour though which I've found is a signature of Stinky's juices. Not my favourite flavour, but I would never steer anyone away from trying something different.

------------------------

I think I may be getting a bit of a new vaper's tongue as well which may be why I'm experiencing a lackluster experience on some of the weaker flavours. Just because I may not like a certain flavour please don't ever be swayed by that alone. Most of the juices I have come from either Jugheads or Stinky Canuck's and I can't give either of those two suppliers enough praise. The military is sending me across the country for a little over a month and I intend on taking my vaping gear with me. My experience with e-cigs thus far is 808 cig-alikes with cartos so if anyone wants to send something else my way feel free :) I may be open to trading as well, so if you have an offer for me please feel free to send me a PM. I'll be away from home off and on until around June, which so happens to be when my birthday hits. I'm hoping my wife might get me an eGo Twist kit, some ato's and drip tips so I can have a better set up to review.

For anyone who has been following a long on my reviews, thanks a lot and I won't be away forever!

Cheers,

Hawley

Today I'm going to review a couple of pre-filled cartos flavours. Be advised, I've only tried Blu and V2Cigs brand pre-fills, so that'll be the flavours I'll be writing about.

V2 Cigs Chocolate Medium (12mg)

Who says I have to save the best for last! Over-all, I wasn't impressed with V2Cigs flavours. The vapour and TH (yes even the flavours at 12mg) was impressive with all of the cartos I got in my starter kit, however... the flavour, not so much. This one though, is the ONLY flavour I'm wishing I got more of. This chocolate tastes absolutely delicious! I don't find any chemical taste at all and was almost reminded of vaping a hershey kiss. Awesome juice in this carto and it was a flavour I got on a whim. If I could go back in time I'd drop the Vanilla and get more chocolate. If you decide to give V2Cigs a shot, please do yourself a favour and at least give this juice a shot. It was really their marketing that sold me, I fell for the corporate shenanigans in the end. No regrets though, since although quite expensive, it was a very large starter kit. I actually popped my 2nd last chocolate carto on my PT to type this... and even trying other juices I've purchased and filled up cartos myself, this one still stands up. It makes me a little sad to know I've only got one more left sitting in it's little tin-foil bed. Oh man, if ONLY I could trade some of the other flavours I don't like! With that in mind, if you have an 808 device and want to swap pre-filled cartos for other brands or even blanks, send me a PM! I still have some V2 Vanilla in 18mg and 12mg, as well as a Congress 18mg or two.

Blu Vanilla "High" Strength, (18mg I think?)

As I've read, I believe all Blu flavours are 100% VG juices. Although I wasn't impressed with the vapour production, throat hit or Blu's horrible battery life, their flavours are pretty freakin tasty. Blu was the first E-cig I tried late last year and I was hooked by the idea. Unfortunately, after getting my starter kit I was soon plagued by crappy battery life and eventually lackluster TH. My Taste-buds NEVER complained, well except maybe for the coffee flavour, which I'm pretty sure was a dud lol. The vanilla was sweet and creamy with a pleasant light tobacco exhale. Tasted like a warm vanilla cookie to me, or perhaps a homemade milkshake. I'm not lying, you could pretty much throw a straw in that vapour and come out the other side of flavour country! Unfortunately, I found that Blu's cartos were very underfilled and ran dry quite quickly. I have yet to vape a carto from filled to dry in my 808 device in a day, but Blu's pre-fill was gone within the first few battery swaps... which would only last 2 or 3 vape sessions. Needless to say as a new vaper, I was pretty concerned about my nic intake, as a carto was advertised as a pack of analogs. Now I obviously know this was a marketing lie, and while I don't miss the poor qualities of Blu, I wouldn't turn my nose up at the chance to vape the flavours again... perhaps on an eGo-twist? :)

Back to Juice :)

Stinky Canuck's Choco-Nilla Haze 12mg

Another of Stinky's dessert vapes that are so damn awesome. I recently drove from Edmonton to Regina which is about an 8 hr drive. I can usually manage to make better timing due to a heavy foot and all, however this trip had absolutely horrible driving conditions. Many kms of white-outs and ice covered road made driving stressful, however a couple carto's full of perfectly steeped juice helped out a lot. Choco-nilla Haze to me tastes very very close to Nutella. It has a HINT of chocolate on the inhale, a long with a very very mild sweet vanilla. The most prominent taste without a doubt is hazelnut though. Although a tasty vape, it wasn't an amazing vape at first. No TH to speak of on the first couple of hits, but a nice little tingle after a long haul once the ato warmed up. Decent vapor, but not quite as much as some of the other juices. It's pretty on par with Blue Cheese in the vapour production, and while there's not a whole lot of it, it's quite thick. I imagine vaping on something other than a cig-alike would produce a bigger cloud, but it was still nothing to be disappointed about. Where this flavour really shines is after a nice big sip of a Timmie's Double Double. The hot coffee went down range, followed by a drag of choco-nilla haze, and it quite literally made me say out-loud, Holy S***! The flavour just came alive, and I noticed a much nicer chocolate, still no real vanilla, but it made the hazelnut taste awesome! This is without a doubt a morning with-a-coffee vape. Much better for you than a donut or 6, but just as tasty!

Jughead's Karamel Apple 18 mg 100VG

So far, this is my favourite Jughead juice to date. This was the other carto I had filled for my road-trip and wow! This literally tastes like a caramel apple. More apple than caramel which is quite pleasant. It almost has the flavour of a baked apple with caramel dipping sauce. This put my taste buds in overdrive, but didn't taste nearly as good after a coffee as Choco-nilla haze. On it's own though it was glorious! Even being a VG juice, there was actually a bit of throat hit to it, but the main star was a ton of flavour. The vapour production was also borderline ridiculous. Because it was love at first vape, it was very hard to put down. It was already hard enough to see with the 98% whiteout conditions and I HAD to crack my window with this vape as the inside of my vehicle was a haze cloud of delicious apple. No complaints at all with this juice, although it may not have the TH you want for the first morning vape. This rings especially true if, like me, you're still quite fresh off of analogs.

Stinky Canuck's Limey Down 12mg

Another nice light flavour from Stinky. I'd say it most closely resembles a lime jello, or maybe even a little more like sprite. Decent vapour production and a throat-hit you'd expect from a 12mg juice. This is quite a light flavour to vape, although it smells very strong. It's a nice citrus juice to vape in the evening if your tastebuds are fried for the day. It is not a strong lime juice, unlike some citrus flavours in both e-juice and foods, that can be a bit harsh. A pretty tasty light vape to end the day with, or as an after dinner vape to help with the garlic breath :) My carto really seemed to take this juice very well also. It began to absorb immediately into the filling and I didn't even notice it was full until it started to pool on to the papertowel I had underneath. It dried nice and quick and was able to vape it very soon after fill as well, which in my book is always a plus.

Jughead's Organic Fresh Cinnamon Bunz 18mg

As soon as I unscrewed the lid off this one I knew it was going to be a treat. The best part of this one I found, is that it tastes exactly like it smells... which, go figure, is oddly the flavour of a cinnamon bun. Who would have thought? Once again, vapour production is getting to the point of just being a joke... and not a bad one. A smooth hit off of this, with unfortunately for me, very little TH for an 18mg, but gigantic thick clouds of vapour. I'm very tempted to post another vapour cloud pic just to show off Jughead's glorious fog machine emanating from my lungs. This could quite easily be an all day vape... except for the fact that I feel like I'm going to get fat because this tastes so damn good! This one's an absolute winner... in fact, these two juices were swapped on and off for me all day today and it's an awesome pairing. I was getting a decent TH off the Limey Down today, and coupled with the sweet sin of Cinnamon Bun clouds it was definitely an awesome day of vaping. I highly recommend either of these 2 but having both a heavy and a light vape to swap was definitely a good day.

Unfortunately... this is the last Stinky Canuck review I can do :( I've now tried everything I purchased, and looking back, I don't think there's a single juice I wouldn't re-order!

Stinky Canuck Sweet Bean Buzz 12mg

This one is quite a tasty coffee vape. I've tried a few different coffees in my short time of vaping, and so far this one is the best. I find it very close to V2Cigs coffee pre-fill, just without any of the chemical taste. It's a sweet light roast coffee, and actually a very light vape. I found some coffee flavours too heavy, or too 'dark' roast for my taste and this one is like a light arabica coffee with sugar. Vapour production is fine, again not a whole lot of throat hit... My next order to Stinky will be an 18mg juice order since it's quite apparent to me I'm not quite rdy to be a 12mg vaper... maybe some day but not yet lol. I think the carto I have this on is starting to poop the bed so to speak as well, so I'm sure this could pump out more vaper and flavour than what I'm getting. It might not be as light of a vape as I'm experiencing :) It is a very satisfying coffee flavour and when you open the drip bottle it has a very pleasant aroma. I'm currently sitting in a very small room in an army barracks away from home. Even with my dirty laundry in the corner, the juices on my counter light up the area with a very awesome smell. It's way better than febreeze, and I smell it every time I come back from work. I think I'm going to get a coffee and vape this flavour, see if it does what Choco-nilla Haze did. For all you TL;DR types out there, good coffee vape... Stinky Canuck, yum.

Jughead's Funky Monkey 18mg

I'll be honest. I had absolutely no idea what the hell funky monkey was, but it came in the sample pack I ordered lol. It smells a lot like pineapple and something else I had no idea what it was... *wait for it* I find it's got a nice decent vaper production on an 808 bat/carto, but not a whole lot of TH. It's quite a smooth vape, kind of tropical, kind of fruity.. not quite sure what it was. I vaped and I vaped, wondering what it could possibly be, then I realised... monkey... Banana... Needless to say, I was a little dumbfounded with myself, but carried on. It's not a bad banana flavour at all, but I don't like artificial banana flavour even a little bit. It's a very nice smooth vape, but my banana hatred makes it a little off-putting to me. Still to each his own!

-BONUS-

It appears like my taste is back after a few lackluster vaping days last week, so I decided to give Stinky's Honey I'm Home another shot. It was my least favourite out of the bunch, and I really wanted to give it another go. I really wanted to like this juice. I found that the first few toots off it were never really nice, but once I started to get past the initial hit of honey, (turns out I'm not a big honey fan lol) my taste buds would warm up to it and it was vapeable. Now... I decided to get a pre-fill pack of SmokeNV's Canadian flavour which was no Nic... and just to fill my curiosity since they are being sold nearly everywhere now. In itself it's not a bad flavour, a pretty decent nutty tobacco flavour... but no nic... no TH... like vaping flavoured air. Deciding I HAD to spice these cartos up, I smoked it until it started hitting dry, and added in Honey I'm Home. This was an amazing idea! Still get the kind of DuMau nutty tobacco a long with the honey and black tobacco. What an awesome change... turns both of these 'meh' flavours into quite the satisfying tobacco vape. Like a honey DuMaurier!

Last two juices that I have with me to review :( I won't get my hands on anything new until 20 Mar, but I'll review the last few pre-fill cartos as well. Here we go :)

Jughead's Brr Frozen Cherry 18mg, 100VG

I am really starting to love 100 VG juices. They don't usually hit as hard, but the vapour production is always top notch, as well the flavours I've had have been pretty bang on. I know PG juices usually do better with strong flavours, but I guess I have gotten quite lucky and haven't had a 'muted' juice yet. The best part of this juice is beyond the gigantic vape clouds I've gotten accustomed to with Jughead's VG flavours, is that this one actually hits pretty hard. The 'brr' portion of this juice leads me to believe there's some menthol in this, as it really gives the cooling vapour sensation. With the first couple of hits, I ALMOST put this one down. It hit me like a train with a very strong Cherry medicine taste which was pretty bad. The cooling it left in my throat wanted me to give it another try though. Once the atty got warmed up, it wasn't a bad medicine taste anymore, but more akin to a sweet fruity coughdrop, rather than a kick-my-... Hall's type flavour. It may not be for everyone, but I really enjoyed this as a morning vape when I really craved that TH. I actually vaped this flavour all day while at work while the others took multiple smoke breaks. I was craving an analog pretty bad that day, but this juice held me off beautifully. Once the tastebuds came accustomed to it, I didn't find it tasted like medicine anymore, and found it was more like a cool cherry menthol. Definitely not the best 'cherry' flavoured vape out there if you're looking for a fruity taste, but not a bad flavour at all. This juice is definitely unique as it has the TH and flavour of a PG, but big thick clouds of a VG. If you're looking for a twist on a menthol juice, give this one a go. If it tastes like an ungodly cough syrup at first, don't give up on it right away... I swear it gets better :)

Planet Vapes Fruit Stripe Gum 18 mg

Not sure of the PG/VG blend on this one... I'm not a big numbers nerd, if it vapes good and it tastes good... guess what, it's gonna get vaped. This is advertised as a light fruity vape than can be vaped all day. I don't think I'd classify this as an ADV for me as it's a little too light for my tastebuds. It is however a very nice sweet flavour that is actually quite reminiscent to the fruity stripes gum. I actually found myself vaping the hell out of this one to really pin-point the flavour, and ran a carto dry before I realised it. I have never got such a dry hit off a carto before, so it was a pretty fun experience as I coughed up my lungs and picked them up off the floor. It is a very light vape, but it's also quite pleasant, and if it had an extra shot of flavour in it, it'd be delicious. For an 18mg, the TH is just barely there, until of course you get a dry hit lol. The flavour is excellent, just wish there was more of it. I imagine this might be a better juice to drip with rather than fill a carto up, but it really is a decent flavour and I'm glad I've got 30ml of it. As for vapour production... you tell me :)

fruitstripe1_zps7066e04f.jpg

fruitstripe2_zps8c2ba6c8.jpg

If you want a nice sugary sweet vape, give this one a go for sure. I'm looking forward to getting some new gear and trying out all my juices again. If anything I've reviewed previously takes a turn for the better, rest assured I'll let you all know... here's to hoping that Jughead's Rootbeer gets better :)

Well, my package from Canvape should get here tomorrow, and I've got a 5 pack of firebird 808 top coil CE2 clearomizers, some blank cartos and an M3 Kanger Clearo to test out. Be on the look-out for another Youtube video :)

Since I don't have any new juices until I get home on the 20 Mar, I'll plug away at a few more pre-filled cartos, including those of which were reviewed on NJR Ep2.

Blu Cherry Crush "High" Strength (18mg?) 100VG

Say what you will, or what I will about Blu, they have some pretty decent flavours. Cherry Crush ended up being my over-all favourite pre-filled carto out of any of the flavours I tried. Vapour production is pretty good, pretty weak TH for an 18mg though. I also find after vaping on V2Cigs 808 batts, that vaping on a Blu is incredibly lacklustre in comparison. Very tight draw, which may add to the lack of TH. Flavour wise, Cherry Crush is a very smooth vape. Crisp, almost juicy cherry flavour to it that doesn't taste artificial at all. It's not quite the same taste as the fruit, but more akin to a cherry juice. It's quite refreshing, and even after introducing my taste buds to vendor-brews, Blu's Cherry Crush still stands on it's own. If you aren't sure about vaping, or you have friends that may want to get into it and Blu disposables are available at retail, I highly recommend Cherry Crush as a start.

V2Cigs Congress 18mg

On the list of flavours to avoid, Congress is very high up on the list. Another forum member described it tasted like celery and charcoal, and I have to agree, it's really quite unpleasant. I personally find the flavour very akin to licking a cigarette filter, and while may taste buds may be used to a canadian tobacco, I don't find that a valid excuse. TH and vapour production are actually really good, but you just can't get past the flavour. I really wanted to use the cartos to fill with my own juice, and suffered through the pack of Congress I received with my starter kit. I was hoping I could cut the crap down with some jokesmoke, unfortunately that just made the carto last longer. Without a doubt, this is the worst vape I've had the unfortunate pleasure to experience, and I'd rather vape Jugheads Eh and Dubble U Rootbeer... but not by much. Sorry Juggy, I love you bro, but christ was that stuff bad. If you're like me and fall victim to V2Cigs marketing, do yourself a favour and stay the hell away from Congress... very far. If you want a tobacco flavour as part of your starter pack, at least go for V2 Red.

On that note, IF anyone does want a V2Cig kit, which really isn't a bad kit, you can PM me for a code which will save you 15%. My advice is to look for a standard 808 kit though from anyone of the many Wacked Out partners. Or even better, grab an eGo, which I really wish I did lol

A little different read for you all today as I won't be describing and reviewing any E-liquid but instead will focus on my most recent vape-mail (see that topic for pictures of my excitement *grin*).

Firebird 808d Top Coil Clearomizer (CE2)

This is my first foray into the world of clearomizers, and not a bad go for a first shot. It is a very sleek design that turns my 808 long manual battery into a very pen-like PV. Unlike a cartomiser which must be dripped into the filler, or filled via condom method, the clearo is very painless to fill. Each pack of 5 clearos come with a syringe and 2 blunt needle-tips and a whistle drip tip. Following the instructions on the included card, you pop the mouth cap out, and insert the needle into one of the holes that's in the stopper. This pushes the liquid down the wick and into the tank. I find this one can hold about 2ml of liquid, give or take. I've found that vaping with it provides a very clean tasting vape without the burnt taste that can be associated with cartos. Don't get me wrong, if you take a dry hit you WILL know it, but by tilting and twisting the clearo towards you, you keep the wick nice and moist. Delivers a very good throat hit, (especially noticeable with an 18mg juice) and obscene amounts of vapour than what I'm used to with cartos. Cleaning it got me at first as I popped the mouth piece off and attempted to clean like a carto. I was instantly stopped in my tracks as I found the stopper does a very good job at keeping the tank's contents inside the tank. This had me scratching my head at first, but a quick search of youtube had me popping out the stopper and pulling apart the clearo in no time. God bless Youtubers:) I did find you have to be quite gentle on disassembly and even more so on re-assembly. My first attempt at cleaning led me to snap a small portion of the head holding the wick in to my unfortunate discovery. Also a bit of a painn to line the small holes up with the wick, and get it all to stick back together. Also discovered that it is not necessary to clean the clearo out after every use, but hell I've got 4 more where that came from and it came at a very reasonable price of 10.95 from Canvape. My final unfortunate noob mistake was inserting the syringe far too deep in my 10ml bottle of juice, leading me to pop off the needlehead and having it currently floating in Jughead's Organic Fresh Cinnamon Bun. Oh well, live and learn. All in all very impressed with the value and quality of the Firebird CE2, even after a few rookie mistakes :)

M3 Kanger Clearomizer for 808d

My second type of clearo I added to my package for the mere price of 3.25, and worth every penny. It doesn't deliver as much of a throat hit as the CE2 does, it has very short top-coil wicks, and it holds only 1 ml of liquid. The benefits however is that it is much easier to fill and clean. A simple quick squirt from the syringe and it's full, replace the mouthpiece/drip tip/stopper combo and you're ready to vape like a champ. Also produces insane thick vapour that is also very very clean tasting. While it doesn't last nearly as long as the CE2 does, it's very simple, and I like simple. The tilt and twist is even more important here to keep those short little wicks wet, but it's hardly an inconvenience. It's not as sleek looking as the CE2 is on the thin 808 long battery, and it wouldn't look as much like a stealth pen, but it WORKS. Although I'm switching over to the 510/eGo models very soon, I will still continue to stockpile all these little 808 goodies for my long military trips away from home. While you can also use the whistle tip from the CE2 on a 808 atomisers, (or at least my cannibalised cartos) the M3 is a little too thin and just won't work. Not a big deal as it's not exactly a drip tip anyway. Now the downfall to cleaning it is while it is very easy to do... I was in a rush to fill it again (as I'm trying to burn up the delicious cinnamon bun to retrieve my needle head lol) and I neglected to let the wicks dry, and didn't take a paper-towel to it like I did the CE2. So, now the vapour production and flavour is a little diluted from a wet wick. Once again... live and learn. I hope I'm helping someone out there not make my mistakes, as after-all that's my goal:)

Thanks for reading, Video to follow sometime in the near future as I will be visiting family on my days off. Not to worry, all my stories of failure will maintain in tact, and I won't skip a single moment of hardship

Stop smoking and Start Vaping!!
