So this is going to be my first post and as I didn't find any thread about the upgrade, I'd like to show you, how to upgrade your cute little TFV4 Micro tank to hold 7ml of liquid.
7ml you ask? Impossible?
No. Here's how you do the trick.
As we all know, the tank can be upgraded from 2,5ml to 3,5 or even 5ml using chimney-adapters and new glass-tanks that come with the full kit.
By screwing both adapters together, you can elongate the chimney enough to screw on an even larger glasstank.
So, Smok doesn't provide one.
Luckily, those guys from Kangertech give us a helping hand. Thx guys
Ok. Take a spare glass-tank off the Subtank Mini, press-fit it into the base and screw on the top.
But be careful. One side of the glass is slightly smaller than the other, so make sure, the smaller side is on the base, or it'll leak like crazy!
If you want to be absolutely on the safe side, simply attach two vapebands where the glass meets the base and the top.
Now, you just need to fill your tank with juice and you're good to go.
I've been using this setup for a couple of days now, without any leaking issues.
