Just ordered a couple of MicroStick's from Mini ECIG, that's our Christmas presents to each other sorted, lol
Will let you know how they are when we get them, still a bit of a wait due to engraving and then obviously the shipping will take a wee while.
Anyway, Gizmo just lost a couple of purchases...they really need to try stocking the things, lol...

Anyone on here using a Spheroid V3 with a stick? I watched an old review by Todd and he said his Spheroid was a bit tight and marked the tank.

I've watched Microsticks move through the classified ads, often with a Speroid, and they usually do show some scratching on the tank from being used with the Microstick. But they're a natural pair, and I figure it's tight like a glove, and doesn't matter if you're using them together all the time anyway... What else would you use, a Kayfun Mini?

I don't have a Microstick but I know that the anodizing has scratched many a Spheroid from what I've read and seen. I don't know if you can apply tape or something to prevent it but it's a very common pairing.

The main reason I was asking is because if the tank is as good as people say I'd use it on other mods too. If it's getting scratched then there would be no reason to get the polished version so I'd probably go for the brushed.

But more to the point - he's got a little tape on it to prevent the swirl/scratching I recall seeing on used Spheroids...

If you get the polished version and it's gets scratched you can re-polish it.

Received them yesterday and the Spheroid fits perfectly. Hopefully the batteries arrive today and then I'll be able to comment more and stick a photo up.

I recall that the 1st batch of microsticks scratched the spheroids but on batches since the opening is a tiny bit wider, I've had two (batch 2 & 4) and they didn't mark my spheroids. I use brushed in microstick and polished in the gizmo (as it matches each mods firing button)
