It does the trick for me. Let's get real folks. I didn't smoke Marlboro blueberries for 24 years. I smoked tobacco. My mind always goes back to that as a "calming" agent, or a familiar sense that I honestly do crave. I only have a handful of days without analogs, less than a month. In that time I have tried about 10 different tobaccos, including one from Ahlusion (Gold Rising) and I gotta say that the one that sticks out the most so far to me is HALO Torque 56. It does not taste like burning tobacco so don't misunderstand what I am saying. It does however, taste exactly like a fresh cig if I put it in my mouth unlit and sucked on it. Or some have said if I just smelled the pack.. The only reason That I am making this post is because I hope I can help out a newcomer that felt how I felt. Can't wait to try the Tribecca as well. Also on order I have Big Spirit from Naturally Extracted Tobacco .com I have "heard" good things about it as well. I am not bashing other vendors, nor am I "fanboying" Halo. I am just a gritty ex Marlboro light smoker who has his own opinion. So for others who may have liked these flavors, what else have you liked? I kinda copied another thread idea that I saw....;)

That Gold Rising does sure have that kick to it
Another I would suggest from Ahlusion is Smooth Criminal after a 6 -8 week steep
really has that tobacco kick after 8 week's

There are some that have more of a tobacco taste more pipe though
1 that I tried was Mountain oak vapor southern gentleman
while it was very good and I vaped the whole bottle and enjoyed it

I found that I am not looking for the strait tobacco flav anymore

But I do love the strong tobacco presence of NET tobacco's

there are others out there that would be more straight tobacco's even a few that are straight cig tobacco's
But I Prefer some type of flavoring with it

But a great Thread to look is
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-liquid-discussion/274904-natural-tobaccos-999.html

But remember the heavy NET's are hard on clero's
Rda works much better

Starting out you seem to be right on track, I would expect most of us to have started with tobacco flavors. I know I did, bought 6 different tobaccos and one other that sounded interesting to me. As my taste buds recovered more and more from the smoking damage, I found I like the "other" better than the tobaccos. Slowly I began ordering more and more others, and less tobaccos....:)...YMMV

When I crave a cigarette, I spend some quality time with Casablanca from Backwoods Brew. It doesn't taste like my old brand of cigarettes (American Spirit) but it has enough of an "in yo' face!" tobacco-y taste that it satisfies my craving.

And then I go back to blueberries. Seriously - Blue Backo (again by Backwoods Brew) and Smooth Criminal are the two that I've been carrying around for a week.

I was/am a big fan of Goodejuice Patriot tobacco and thier NETs: High Octane and Full Throttle. I recently bought some of Halo's offerings because of the good things I've read here.

I agree Torque 56 is just like sticking my nose in an open pack of cigs. (Octane and throttle are very similar) Thier Captain Jack is unbelievable!!!

The same as Torque with maybe a little smokiness with a throat hit like a camel non filter. Its been my go to tobacco flavor for a couple of weeks now.

I'm constantly on the look out for better tasting tobacco vapes. I may have quit smoking bit I love all things tobacco. I still smoke my pipes, cigars, take nasal snuff, and use snus!

This is exactly how I feel about Virginia from Backwoods Brew. After 2 years, it is still the best basic tobacco flavor I have ever tried. I love Tribeca, and Torque56 is a good attempt at an analog replacement.

You know who makes a pretty decent analog replacement flavor? Surprisingly, NJOY. I received a freebie disposable ($2.99 shipping) from them, just for the sake of satisfying my curiosity, and I was quite pleasantly surprised at how tasty their juice was. I know most smokers who try one think it tastes awful, but as a long time vaper, I thought it was downright delicious. A nice golden cigarette tobacco with plenty of tongue bite.

Dark Horse: Heather Heavenly Vapes
Analog, Wrangler LIGHT, Acadian GOLD -- Goodejuice House Brewed line
High Octane -- Goodejuice LAB MADE line
GOLD -- Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco.com
Hump Back -- QuickNic (or Godz'nilla for a touch of sweetness)

Those are the "gotta have a cig" vapes I have personally tried. There are others out there that I haven't tried, but mainly I don't have those cravings any longer, but personally high on my list for just plain satisfaction from the above would be: ANALOG, Acadian Gold -- Goodejuice, or GOLD from NET.com.

Also another one Im enjoying as of late (don't know why didn't try earlier)

more along the lines of not taste exactly like an analog, HOWEVER hits the spot

Heathers heavenly Huntsman

Its a good medium woodsy tobacco with a not too loud maple touch too it

I didn't mention it, because it's more of a pipe tobacco and I concentrated my list on analog replacements. But I luv me some HUNTSMAN :)

Hey now.....there are some awesome blueberry tobaccos like VCV Bluebeard and MOV Blue Ridge.

Anyway, some of us don't want to vape what we smoked. I do enjoy tobacco vapes, but I don't really want them to taste like a Camel Light.

Yea. I get that. In fact id be lying if I said I didnt mix cinnamon danish with tobacco. I will vape fruits here and there too. The day I quit analogs I HAD to have a tobacco that was not sweet. Prob had alot to do with my palate. I do see myself branching out soon. I just couldnt quit analogs with watermelon cotton candy.

i started off with tribeca, torque56 and longhorn from halo. i like tribeca the best. i vape a lot of different flavors but i always have a tobacco flavor in one of my tanks. another good one i found is USA Reds from The Vapor Room. it does not taste like a burning ciggie but it somehow simulates it close enough to satisfy me. same with the tribeca.:toast:
