Mike (or any owner of Bloog), how about an announcement and update on new site?

I just spoke to Warren yesterday. They are all pretty busy with the transition right now.
Plus Mike is out of the office until later in the week.

I would appreciate an official announcement and an update on issues/problems with the new website. Communication is key, especially at times like this.

Some time ago, everybody was complaining about the CS. They hired someone in and those issues have been solved (mostly)
Everybody complained about no stock, stock is in or is coming in, plus they gave away FREE batts to get you started.
Everybody complained about the prices of kits versus parts, the prices were changed.
Everybody complained about the website, the new site is up and being debugged.

Like Popeye said, 90% of the customers don't read this forum anyway, so I would think it be more important to put all efforts into the service end of the website and the customers.

I agree that some things might not have happened within "our" time frame, but Bloog has made good an everything they have promised or suggested.

With all the money I have spent in the past 9 weeks, I have had a few problems myself, but they were always taken care of. And yes some of my customers have had to wait a little, but this product has only been out since mid December last year. I am sure they had no idea the explosion that was going to occur when this thing hit the market.

So I'm thinking we should give them a helluva lot of credit for what they HAVE done and give them some slack on things still in the works.

Just my two cents.

Hello to All Bloogers!

I want to say "Thank You" for all your suggestions & feedback on the new Bloog web site. As I'm sure most people are aware, these type initiatives are a work in progress. Yes, we had some bugs but we do listen to your feedback - positive & negative. We have implemented many of your suggestions and will continue to improve the site as we go forward.

Yes, new products are coming & pink batts are now in stock (new pictures of them are being developed for the site). Yes, Liquid Fusion juice is on order and Leaford is expediting the delivery. Did we delay the juice, no, but we did scale back the size of the order and will have the 5 most popular flavors available in 5ml & 30ml bottles.

We launched the new web site and will continue to improve it for you, we improved Customer Service (Chris & Jeff do a great job) and will continue to improve CS (we will add to our staff in the next two weeks). New products, including juice, will be arriving over the next several months. Pink batts are available now; Purple batts are being produced as we speak. Inventory levels are increasing every week.

We are here, we are listening, we are growing rapidly and we appreciate your business! I hope we can continue to count on you & your suggestions in helping us continue to improve Bloog - the Products & the Service!

edit: oh rats....they aren't up yet. Oh well, I am leaving to go out of the country until Memorial Day. Save some pink batts and blank cartos for me, would ya? :)
