LOL easier than it looks, I posted pic's of the inside in the mod thread of Nico's.

Nico's directions are SO easy to follow, it took me a couple of hours to make it, half that time looking for my dremel and then once I'd put it all together I had to wait till hubby came home to see if he would help solder, he wanted to lie on the couch, so I did it myself LOL... he did have to help with stripping the wire and one of my solder points was a little BIG point, so he made it flat... LOL

well done all of you.

every day is a victory for yourself.

6 + months for me.......

I had smoked for 45 years,
the last 30 years, about 35- 40 cigs a day.
I had never been able to give up till I found e-cigs
I had tried everything on the market, no good,
always went back, or in most cases, never left.....

--notice all in past tense there ??

after 4 days of vaping with an e-cig,
I finally gave up tobacco cigs forever.........
I do not want them, I hate the taste......

I agree with you, the hand to mouth is more
important for me than the strength of the nic....
I started at 14mg, now down to 9mg
working down is the plan for me.
I don't know if I want to quit vaping tho,
I do enjoy it, but after another year,
who knows.

One month for me. My last analog was April 22. For the first time in 42 years of smoking I managed to be tobacco free for 30 days. And the strangest thing is, I don't miss it. I can watch someone lighting up and not want one myself. Never thought I'd see the day!!!

One thing though, When I'm relaxing in my favorite chair with my 510 passthrough plugged into my Kensington I keep having these flashbacks to the 60s.... beanbag chairs, lots of pillows, friends around a low coffee table, hookah.........:D

The 60's were good to me!
Happy birthday..aniversary Widow! A month was really a big day for me. I am now at 5 weeks..lol But I still can't believe it. My mom asked me for a lighter yesterday and without thinking I said..I don't smoke!:D

Congrats to you Widow..keep it up!

We need a special word for days like this..besides Birthday or Aniversary..
Di, over 6 months? What has changed for you in all that time. Has your Dr. had something to say? Or have you found new non smokers to hang out with? Does the smell in the couch and curtains ever go away? Nosy people want to know!

Today is exactly 2 months! I quit April 1st and have only had 3 puffs of a real cig since. I had to try an analog 3 weeks in just to see if they tasted bad like everyone had said. After the first puff I had to take 2 more because I couldn't belive it tasted so bad. I know I wouldn't have made it this long without my PV. The biggest problem I've had with quiting is that I have a hard time denying myself of things I want and with this I don't feel like I'm missing a thing. Congrats to all.

Manifestly, Bauway, you have not read the suppliers rules.

If you are an e-cigarette supplier/affiliate/manufacturer etc, you must get in touch with the forum mods/administrators to identify yourself before you start posting in the forums. Failure to do this may result in an immediate ban via IP address and Username.

Since you are not a member of the Women's Room, you need to check with the Women's Room moderator, if you have not already done so.

C.

Thanks Lu for delete.

Congrads to all of us on our 'milestones'! Yesterday was 2 weeks for me. Longest ever in 35 yrs of anologs. I do have alot of willpower cause I haven't used any of it yet LOL! I haven't really needed any since I started vaping. I didn't start to quit smoking, it just happened. Once I hadn't had a cig for a few days I didn't really want one. I find that in the last couple of days though I have been craving an anolog but have resisted. With the help of Mr 901 and 510 I shall fight off the evil tobacco demons. dawn
