Congrats to all of you.. We're all very proud of you.

I hit another milestone of sorts tonight. Tonight was my son's wedding. I was around many smokers for the first time since I started vaping. I kept vaping away and I wasn't tempted. Had 4 people ask me what I was smoking so I got a chance to explain it to them. 3 of the 4 seemed interested and said they would be checking into them.

Anyway hang in there ladies. We all struggled some at first. If you fall off the wagon and have a cig its not the end of the world. Just pick yourself back up and keep on going..it really does get easier with time.

Oh Cori! Congrats very much! I bet you were the belle of the ball..so cool with your vaping! Maybe you saved someone tonight..Angels will around your pillow singing you to sleep for that.:)
Was the wedding nice? Do you like your new Daughter in law? You better, she could be around for a while..lol!
What is the old saying?
A daughter is a daughter for the rest of her life.
Ason is a son until he takes a wife.
yeah right! They'll be at your house more then theirs.:D

Thanks so much MaryKay. The new daughter is just wonderful. Perhaps I'm looking at it from the perspective of the one that got away *thankfully lol. He finally found someone that adores him and she takes very good care of him, so for that reason I'll lover her always. Besides the fact that we live in Louisiana and they live in Florida so bumping heads is much harder. I always enjoy their visits and I'm glad they finally tied the knot.

I appreciate the angels, lord knows I can use a few lol. I so hope a few of them get into ecigs. They are all young enough to really reap the rewards of not smoking can do in their lives. I mean it benefits us all, but being they are still young yet, they should reap even greater rewards of even better health.

I don't know about being the belle of the ball last night but it was a beautiful wedding and I'm so happy for my son. Thank goodness its over now lol. Phew I'm tired, and I've got a nasty old cold on top of all of that, and I've lost my voice, much to my hubby's delight. :p

I'm at 21 hours now. I just got my pv on friday, and only had 4 that day, 3 yesterday, and none so far today.

Today I'm finding a hair more difficult, because I'm working out some newbie issues with my 901- have switched to PTB in the cart, and then flooded the atty. Ugg. Can't seem to get a good experience going. But I'm still working on it. And 1 whole day is the longest I've gone intentionally!

Sure Jenn! And I don't think it's gonna be as hard as you would think.. I did a boo-boo, and had one single puff of an analog last night. OMG!! I almost died! I ended up with a buzz, nauseous, and the nastiest taste in my mouth! I am gonna cheat, and not count that one puff as having relapsed, because there was no way I could go any further than that even if I had wanted to. So holy crapola, that was terrible. Ain't no way you're gonna catch me making that mistake again!

wow- that's crazy! All it took was the one booboo, and it was so gross I don't think I could take that again. Probably because I wasn't having a cig every 4 or 5 hours though, it made it worse.

My dh smokes too, but funny enough, it hasn't bothered me. I've just been non-stop vaping. LOL

I've decided that part of it too, is that I smoke menthol. When I boobooed- I couldn't taste the menthol at all. After smoking only menthols for almost 7 years now, the regular tobacco taste is nasty- and that's what my menthol cig tasted like. ugg.

I'll just bring this thread back up since I don't want to start a new one.

First of all, e-cigs are amazing. When I got mine I really thought there would be times when I absolutely wanted to have a real cigarette. I was wrong. I got mine on tuesday the 1st of September. How I thought things would go was that I would smoke a lot less but still smoke occasionally (I got to try my bf's e-cig before I got mine and I liked it).

Well, on tuesday I did still smoke some since my e-cig didn't work properly all the time (probably my fault, not the e-cig's). Anyway, the last smoke I had on tuesday was at some point before getting my daughter to bed, after that I had more time to get into what was wrong when my e-cig didn't produce any vapor or on some other issue I had with it. I vaped. I didn't want to smoke. Still I thought I would want to smoke in times like in the morning after coffee and such. I didn't.

The only time I did smoke after that was when me and my bf where at my father's on friday, having some drinks, going to sauna, having some more drinks and all our batteries went dead. When we got back to my home and got the e-cigs powered up again everything was good.

I love this thing.

I really do.

So now I'm at 10 days not smoking (except those few cigarettes on last friday) and I smoked for 13 years before this. I couldn't totally quit even when I was pregnant.

Did I already say I love my e-cig? Because I do love it.

And my cousin who has smoked for a bit longer than me and more per day than me (I smoked something like 15-30 per day) wants one after getting to try it last saturday and seeing it really work.

Poldara, I'm not certain you had said that you loved e-cig:lol:

Good going...those few cigs are NOTHING...absolutely nothing!!

I do love my e-cig!

And I wanted to mention those few cigarettes because that was the only time I really wanted to smoke and smoked and it was all because I couldn't vape. I have had times when I've felt something like "I should be smoking now" but never "I really want to smoke now".

Began vaping 06/04.....smoked last analog 6/29.....puke flavor, choked....need I say more? Haven't wanted one since. YEA!!!!! Hang in there girls.....the e-juice just gets more delicious as time goes by.

The real milestone is that, here we are, women from all over the world discussing our new art form, hobby, habit, lifestyle, sport, fashion accessory, known as our PV. It is truly wonderful!
