Update for me....
Went camping this weekend, smoked 1 pack of cig's over three days. Vaped the rest.
One more question, I have found that my e-cig 510, tastes the best right after I top it off, then it starts to taste worse, then I repeat....Anyone know why?

Heather, it sounds like you did fairly well on your camping trip. Sorry, can't answer your question about Snus. The only time I notice a diminished taste on my 510 is after several vapes. Maybe you just need to change the filler? I use the Rho mod for PTB. It seems to work pretty well.

Yes, I really wish I could have reported even better news. And really I did fine the first night, only had two. The next morning when I woke up, way too early thanks to the kids, with severe back ache, thanks to the lumps I slept on, my brain said, "e-cig not good enough! need cigarette, need cigarette now!" So, I bummed yet another analog from the only smoker with us. I don't like being a bum, so when we went to the store to stock up on food, I bought a pack. Smoked about 7 of them in the morning with coffee, gave some away to the "smoker" and the other e-cigger that were with us. Then during the day when we were hiking, and climbing rocks, I was totally happy with just the e-cig. Didn't even want an analog, because of the exercise, ya know.
I did change the cart, (put an empty one on, added a few drops to it and one drop on the atty. First 5 or 6 puffs tasted great, then after that a sort of slight bitter taste, which was quickly remedied by adding a few more drops. This is normal right?
The rho mod pbt, is that on the 'PTB Plug Full 510 Cart' thread?

Snus is chew that comes in little pouches instead of loose (you stick the pouch in your mouth instead of loose tobacco) it is usually in its own special case at places that do sell it because it needs to be refrigerated.
And you did a great job with the smoking.
You done good kid! It's not easy being smoke free..but you have help and you made good choices! What more can anyone ask? Keep it up and before you know it things will just fall into place!

I don't know how it's pronounced...am hoping for the first one 'cause the second one is too much like nose snot (ewwww).
Heahter agree it's nothing to beat yourself up over,, just the sound of Kids early in the morning, especially too early in the morning,,, out in the middle of no where before my coffee... I don't know how I would fair myself I love the e cigs, because you can go with the flow of reality...
