Mini Flashlight Mod

Any chance someone would have schematics to mod something this small? Can it even be done? I'm thinking about a keychain mod I can have at all times.

And that's already set for a 14500 batt. It's a little big compared to the meritline laser, it's intended for the small button cells, that's why i'm not sure if it can be done.
