Mini Panic Attack

yikes, I just bought a new mod and the nicotine delivery is so much better quality than my original eGo that I almost had a panic attack from all the nicotine in my system by yesterday evening! Time to lower my already tiny dosage from 4mg to 2mg. Can't believe how sensitive I am. Anyone else experience this after upgrading? I am new here and new to vaping so was not exactly expecting this hah. Only danger of vaping so far: the vape works too damn well

Going from an ego to a higher end mod is definitely different. What tank or atty are you using? I'm always vaping on a RDA and use 3mg juice. But you should also try 0 nic. I'll be dropping down to 0 nic soon enough. I'm giving myself until the end of the year or until I vape through my current stash.

Were you ever a smoker?

Seems little odd, but if you are vaping fairly constant, it could be to much for your system.

Quitting Smokers are usually comfortable anywhere from 6-36mg. depending on setup used and dependency.

I upgraded to a Kangertech starter kit. I'm buying some 0mg juice in case of emergencies today hopefully. Never a bad thing to need less nicotine in the system I guess! Congrats on making it all the way to zero!

Oh and no I was never really a smoker, I started smoking a cig a day in August on average. American spirits, still have a pack left in my purse. I also have Lyme disease which makes my system über sensitive to drugs of any kind.

If you are in the early months of quitting smoking then you should expect all sorts of random responses to not smoking and substituting another similar activity. I increased and decreased nic level crazily in the early weeks of vaping. First I was too high (24mg), then too low (6 mg) and finally Goldilocks came to my rescue and I've been vaping 12 mg ever since. I don't want to reduce it because then I'll just vape more ml's. My current vape is in the signature below.

P.S. If you were never a smoker why vape? If you were never a smoker may be 3 mg or 0 mg will work fine.

Vaping is relaxing and the nicotine helps me. It's like a form of meditation almost, the deep breathing. Plus the flavors are awesome. My friend who has vaped for three years turned me on to it. I used to smoke (OTHER STUFF) but that messed me up so I switched to cigs and then vape.

You have to change that word, it is a not appropriate here. Sorry.

You will get adjusted to the vaping overtime. It's possible you are vaping too much. Take breaks after draws and see how you feel. I did that a lot early on and the nicotine can make you feel ill. Make sure you hydrate too.

With increased vapor production comes increased nic intake. The biggest change was going from tank to rebuildables. On a tank I used 12mg. The day I switched to RDAs I started using 3mg.

I just went from an evod 1 starter kit to a spinner v2 1600mah vv and evod v2 glass. I could only take a couple of hits before I got dizzy. Now I ordered som some 12mg DIY bases instead of my regular 15mg.

Panic attacks induced by nic are noted on this forum by some users. If you have a past history of panic attacks there is a greater chance you will experience one vaping if you start at too high of a nic level. You have to look at the full picture of side effects nic can cause..for some it's harmless and has benefits while others it can be the opposite and trigger things like panic attacks, fluctuations in blood pressure, migraines, asthma attacks, heart conditions and so on and so on. Nic constricts blood vessels which for some can put in motion symptoms if the nic level is too high for what you body can tolerate.

I am still learning what RDAs and RBAs are and how they work, it does seem like directly dripping liquid on would drastically increase nicotine content though!

wattage and milligram (mg) strength go together.
if you double the wattage, you will want to half the milligram strength

Yeah, I was at like 18mg nic on my e-roll and Ego-C Twist, when I upgraded to Provari with Kayfun, I dropped to 12mg, then 6mg within a month
