Just an update. Today has been a bit better. I won't tempt fate by saying I'm past it but it might be calming down.

Thanks again for all the support and kind words. I still haven't touched a cigarette and still, bizarrely, have had no desire to through all of this. I don't blame any of this on vaping unless it's through my own choices (high nic liquids for example).

I have been on lower nic the last two days and haven't had a repeat of that really horrible night (touch wood). I don't know if the lower nic has helped, I DO know I have vaped a lot more because of the lower nic.

Anyway, I don't want to bore anyone with all this stuff but since people have been kind enough to comment and offer advice and words of support I thought it would be the right thing to do to give an update.

My thanks to you all, I love the people on this forum. There is so much talk always of how bad people are in fact that's all the news is about every single day but nobody ever hears about the good side of people though in places like this it's everywhere to see.

We'll both hang in there and be alright.

Only time I've ever had a panic attack in my life was when I was diagnosed with ADHD and was on ADHD medication that really fried my nerves a few years back, stopped that and back to normal. I've quit analogs for about a month now (I was an on and off e cig smoker, now I only smoke e cigs with the very occasional analog at the bar) and I am starting to feel a little anxiety from it as well, so you are not the only one, I'm sure it has to do with withdraw from the chemicals and crap that were in cigarettes, I'm also playing around with another brand of PG/VG mix, because some people are slightly allergic to PG, that might be it as well, and also your body might be telling you something if you are having panic attacks, it could be something related to the actual formula juice you are smoking. That's what I'd look at first is drop the nic down to 12, and buy a completely different brand of juice from a completely different manufacturer, cheers

So just an update on my old post, I said that since quitting analogs that I started feeling a little anxiety from smoking e cigs. I made my own juice using the best USP grade PG/VG and nic I could find. I feel much better now, so it might of have been the juice I was smoking. I don't want to say from where I got the juice, I don't want to put any company down, but I'm sure that's what it was. But my advice is buy really good VG and PG and nic, and play around with making your own juice, and tweak the nic content.
