6 days in and I am itching to get the pretty Provari mini... should I wait a bit? Can I use the mini protank on it? What do I need to get if I want to drip occasionally?
Tks!

Depending on what you're using now- it will be heavier. If you're only been vaping 6 days, you're probably using a cig-alike or an ego type pv, right? Length won't be much different.

Other than that, I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

IMHO, getting a ProVari will increase your chances of sticking to vaping.

Why?

I don't want to give any new members the impression they have to spend $150 in order to quit smoking. I smoked about 25 years and quit with an ego and a box of cartomizers.

Is it nice to have, sure.

If you're intent on leaving the analogs behind, I definitely say spring for the Provari now. It will make your changeover much easier because the Provari is completely reliable and consistent. After struggling with clunky devices for several years, I finally treated myself to a Provari. Wow! Now I have two full sized with 18650 extensions and feel like I'm set for years.

I was thinking about sharing my personal experience and had a massive realization, I have been vaping longer than I thought. 5 years, 4 months. After all that time, I ordered my provari last week. I love it and will order another when I can afford it. I just don't want to be without one if I have to send one in for repairs. To me and many other people here, it's worth the money and is not a regretted purchase. That being said, if you have the money and want a Provari, get it. If you don't like it, small chance, there are plenty of people here who would buy it in a heartbeat. And you'll be able to get close to what you paid for it. If you're having doubts, there are plenty of cheaper mods that are nice you could get and see if you like vaping on a mod. Then you can get a provari and you'll have a backup mod, just incase.

I started with a Provari and I don't regret it. What bulldog63h said. You will get off to a good start and good experience with a quality mod. I think it would be discouraging to start vaping with a mod that gives you problems or breaks after a week or month. Also, I think it will save you money in the long run. Buying 3 or 4 mods you are not happy with and then buying a Provari is more expensive then just starting out with one. I went from half pack of analogues a day to 0 in my first week of vaping. That makes it worth it to me. I can't say I'm a fanboy because I honestly have not had experience with anything other than a Provari. There is a saying "buy once, cry once" and I think it applies here. Yes, it is expensive, but it is certainly not the most expensive mod out there.

If you think that You are going to use an e-Cigarette for the Next Couple of Months, and you have the Money, I don't think it is Too Early for a Provari.

I wish I had Bought a Provari as my 1st e-Cigarette. Instead of doing a Bunch of Small Steps to finally get one.

But then Again. The Provari Didn't Exist when I first started. So I guess Small Steps was the Only way to get there.

I'm a newbie myself and I went with a Protovapor XPV DNA20 mod and I top it with IBTanked and Big Daddy tanks. Both are carto type tanks and I love them! Very easy to use! Pic is of the Big Daddy tank.
