I have one of these. I haven't experienced your issue, and Ive changed the Cartomizer once already (wanted to change flavors). I did have a problem changing the Cartomizer. The bottom rubber piece covered my pre-punched holes, but I noticed it before I filled up. I had to start over, which made me  because they are kind of a pain to change.

Im sure you already looked, but that hasnt happened has it?

OP- have you filled the carto and then let it sit a bit? Which carto are you using?? The boges work great for me, but I found the others may need the holes a bit bigger.

Sissy- I found it useful to place the bottom grommet on the carto, then slip the tank over, then put my drip tip on, then slip the top grommet over driptip and down into the tank. The grommets do not have to go all the way into the tank, just barely past the red o-ring.

I just got two of the mini subs in the mail yesterday. The first one had two holes in it and does great with 100%PG but the second one had three holes (yeah, I thought it was kinda strange too) and flooded with 100%PG. When you ordered it, did you get it assembled? If not, them maybe, like Sissy said, the hole is covered. Or maybe the hole isn't big enough to pull the 50/50. If that's the case, just punch another hole and/or make the hole that's already there bigger.

These are the first tanks I've ever used/had. How are you supposed to take 'em apart?

Well mine has a three hole punch,it's not Bieng covered by the grommet,I let it sit overbite the first night I got it,what you do to take it apart is to push the carto from the top.both the grommets are going to pop out though.what I found helpful when putting the grommets back on is to put one grommet on the bottom and put it back into the tube then put the top one on whiled holding the bottom in.

Just shove the battery side up through- shoves everything out. Psuardo was doing a first time for him change. I think he did it the Really hard way!

I've found that the larger-non boge carto don't work well. I put the little boge in the big tank- it fits.
