Mini Vivi Nova Won't fire

I just bought a new mini Vivi Nova (I'm afraid it might be a knock-off) it vaped just great; lots of vapor. I didn't like the juice that was in it so I washed it and put it back together. When I tried to dry burn the coil nothing happened, no crackling sound; nothing. So I took it apart again, made sure the coil was screwed in snuggly, and tried again. Nothing. So my question is what did I do to this poor little thing to make it virtually unusable in less than 24 hours?

I had something similar happen with a new CE4, except I didn't wash it out. I just had a quick decline in vapor then... no fire.

Popped coil maybe?
Have you tried a new head?
