minikin resistance reading issues with tobeco supertank mini

my minikin says check atomizer anytime I put my supertank mini onto it but it reads all my other atomizers and the st mini reads on all my other mods except this one and the center pin is def making contact

Hi mate,
What brand of coil and what resistance are you using? Happens with "all" coils or just one?
Will it work with the STmini only partially attached - (not snug)?

the tobeco coils 0.2 and it happens with all and it still doesn't read patially attached or snug

If it was my unit;
I would take the coil out, push the pin in the base down/out a bit so it protrudes from the 510 a bit more.
Then I would pry the bottom of the coil out about .5mm, just a fingernail thickness.
Put it all back together and cross my fingers...
When installing the coil, confirm that it is very tight (lightly damp vaper towel gives a good grip).

I have tried all of this I'm really unsure what could be wrong because it really doesn't make sense lol

I would continue to fiddle with the base of the coil (extending it as much is prudent) to try for a good internal connection. That seems to be the common fail point for this tank/coil combination.
