Ordered this and received this. - I really don't want to ask you to ship out a $2 part special. I'm going to be ordering juice and maybe some other stuff next Thursday or Friday. Can we work something out to have you toss one in the box on my next order? -- I worked in a warehouse when I was young. Mis-picks happen (I bet I averaged a dozen a day on a 7500 item day).

I hate the errors and they drive me nuts.. You can either log a ticket if you need it sooner or put a comment on your order that we need to send you the correct adapter.. Sorry about the error six..

What's the current backlog on responding to tickets?
Does it take a while to work through the ones that came in over the weekend?
I've got one from last Saturday that seems to be lost in the system somewhere.
