Since we are on the topic of bringing ecigs on travels, I always forget to close the juice control on flights and it always dumps a lot of juice in the collector tank.

There is nothing you can do about it my friend.
Even you totally close the juice control.
CaptSteve told me that and I confirm :(

Ps.. aalwani sorry for the offtopic

LOL, great story, I hope to be travelling in the next few months. I hate to have to use ego types, and think about sending my good gear ahead in the mail. But..... what if my good stuff gets lost, and second if I take my good stuff, will they take it or hassle me. I dont mind being hassled, im used to it.

My travels will be within the US. but I hate to lose my gear. I went to a courthouse a few months ago and they didnt even blink when they looked thru my purse and I had a large PV with my Odysseus on it.

THinking about your comment on taking a box MOD, but they might think its a detonator.

Get a flash-light head and screw it on your mod.
Saber Flashlight

Drop a bunch of cartos or drippers in the hollow tubes of your rolling suitcase just in case your larger toppers get taken.

I think a really important point is missing in this discussion and its basically why most countries are trying there best to ban these thing . What it comes down to is lost revenue , people in power do not like change for good if it touches there income . Sin tax has always been a great form of income , its basically government holding people at Ransome , exploiting there weakness and you can't protest because its bad for you . Vaping breaks this cycle because its believed to be fairly safe and taxing them like normal cigs would be very unpopular . Its these types of governments that need to go away , preferably they all buy guns and shoot themselves in the face . ( I wish )

I do not believe that Customs agents can ever be informed or educated on any topic by the public they are supposed to serve, their boundaries are only imposed by their superiors, with whom we rarely have direct contact ...

They make their own "rules" on the fly, which later become policy just by virtue of repetition. Such as requiring US citizens to carry a passport to re-enter their own country, which makes no sense at all. But it did sell a lot of passports to people who had no need for one ...

I will continue to hide any and all vaping gear on my person, disguised as pens and phone cases, things that do not draw attention ...

Attempting to enlighten these people is a noble effort, but will often cause delay and disruption for others in line, and will be met with stubborn resistance in most cases. Very hard to fix stupid ...

This is why i didn't argue with the first agent and headed with him directly to his superior because first i didn't people to think i am a criminal, second i didn't want people to be affraid of what I had which is a freaking ecig for god's sake.

That's the best you can do to avoid drama once you're drawn attention. But at the land crossing at San Ysidro, they typically close the lane when the agent escorts someone to secondary inspection. No one relieves him, the lane stays closed until he returns, sometimes 10 to 15 minutes later, or more. And jumping the rail to change lanes is not permitted, unless another agent opens a section of barricade and directs the transfer ...

Tempers are usually short on both sides, with wait times exceeding 5 hours on weekends ...

Flashlight, toothbrush, dremel, heads come to mind. Along with others but I will stop. :)

Seriously. It's becoming a sad world where the governments are endorsing smoking in order to satisfy any lobbyists that line the pockets of government officials on one breath. But In the next breath, they are banning smoking and increasing insurance rates. And electronic cigs are more dangerous?

I am wondering about some countries aal and I am shaking my head. But we have to start shaking our heads for Europe too. I thought we were civilized and clever people here but I was wrong.

Sometimes I feel that I live in a world full of idiots and I am sure that many people feel that way

I prefer the term "vidiot". This segregates the 21st century urban ilithio from a more innocent, provincial, old-fashioned fool.

The tsopanis in the village who thought smoking was good for the constitution was an idiot of ignorance. While infuriating, he was ignorant due to a lack of education and experience.

Your modern-day buffoon has no excuse. Masses of well-traveled, college-educated prima donnas traipse around the planet, their every utterance akin to the Word of God because they looked it up on Google, and everything on the internet must be true, otherwise why would anyone put it on the internet?

You can take the peasant out of the village, but you cannot take the village out of the peasant.

OK update on the situation. I'm in Oman airport now waiting for the plane. So I got to the airport, went through regular procedure, and after passport control I ask for my ego. So the guy tells me after passport control you cannot go back and I should have got it from arrival building . So I told him that doesn't make sense because if I get it there and still in Oman I can take it back into the country. So he was like yeah that makes sense lol. So he wanted to make me go back with a special request but the supervisor told me look someone will get it for u wait here . And after 10 mins a guy got it and it was like I left it locked and full of liquid. I thought in 20 days it would leak but it didn't at all. They were very nice and I signed the paper and went. But wait now I am in duty free with a giant ego and protank full of liquid :D. Bad news is that they check at arrival in Dubai the carry on first . I don't have enough liquid to last me the 2 days in Dubai. So I'm relying on this not to get caught lol. Fingers crossed.
