Missing 510 manual button.

I have a passthrough for a 510, however it arrived minus the button.
I can still operate it though by putting a bit of plactic (actually a 'jumper' from an old PC motherboard) in the 'hole' and pressing that, as the microswitch below or whatever, still works.

I assume the button is just a piece of moulded rubber so I assume when one of my batteries for the 510 stops working I can pull the button out and stick it in the passthough? I don't want to try that untill the battery packs up though, I just though a few of you will have some dead batteries you can try pulling the button off.

Why in the world would you not send it back and get one that works the way it is suppose to. Did you contact the supplier/manufacturer, seems they would make it right?

Oh..just noticed I am in the moddes form. And have figured it must be used?

I can still send it back, I emailed them (The Electronic
Cigarette Company) regarding what to do
but they have failed to reply so far.
I emailed them again regarding their lack of response.
If I don't hear form them I wil have to pay to send it back and
try and reclaim the money which is likely to be trouble some
given their lack of response so far.
They cashed my money soon enough though :O)
No it is not used it has no button.

pulling the button of an old batt is quite difficult because it is much larger on the inside...........can tear any number of directions.(personal experience)

Well I guess I will have to send it back, I posted them pics of the faulty item hoping they would send me a replacement but they just fail to reply to me which I think is disgusting.

So let that be a warming to anyone planning on buying from The Electronic Cigarette company.
