After the battle in Springfield over e-cigs being included in their smoking ban, it looks like the MO legislators who want to ban smoking in all workplaces have wisely decided to not include a vaping ban in their bills.

Don't know if staff at ACS, AHA, ALA and the MO Health Dept made that decision, or if their legislative champions made the decision (or a combination thereof) to not include a vaping ban. But this is good news, and one less state we have to fight over a vaping ban.
