I have to give a shout out to Mister e-liquid! I have ordered from them twice now, and all the flavors I ordered have been spot-on, exactly as I imagined they should be, right out of the bottle. I've found that they don't seem to require much, if any, steeping to be pleasurably "vapable." 
I love that they include a sample flavor with your order. The first one I received from them was so good, I included a larger bottle with my next order. They included business cards with promo codes for 10% off my next order, too.
Also of note... the shipping is fastI usually receive mine 3-4 days after ordering. They're in Michigan and I am in Maine
Lastly, the customer service team is responsive. There was a slight mix-up of flavors in my first order, which they promptly and painlessly rectified by sending out a replacement bottle of the correct flavor.
All this to say... I will be ordering from them regularly and recommend them highly to others!
