I order from their site over a week ago, Mistic, had bought their product at a Walmart,
the order was for 6 boxes of 5, paid by debt card, their phone number on the site is
not working, and the order has not been filed nor have they responded to emails.
WARNING I THINK THIS IS A SCAM SITE.

No, it is not, and actually it's a very good product for what it is. I know the company has had backlogs due to the popularity where demand exceeded supply and they were trying to get caught up. I got through on their phone with no problems, the refills and kits are a bit cheaper at Sam's club if you have one near you. Chill out, have some patience before jumping to assumptions
