Is it ok? All KR808 connections, but what about input/output specifications (voltage & current)?

I currently have:
V2 A/C adapter (IN:100-240V AC, 50/60Hz, .3A) (OUT:5V DC, 1000mA)
Laptop USB port (not sure what the voltage and current outputs are)
V2 USB charger (IN:5V DC, no current spec listed) (OUT:4.2V DC, 200mA)
SI USB charger (IN:5V DC, 500mA) (OUT:5V DC, 150mA)

2 V2 batteries (4.2V) (UNregulated)
1 SI battery (3.6V) (regulated)

So could I charge my V2 batteries and SI battery on either of the USB chargers? I HAVE already been using the SI USB charger with the V2 A/C adapter, because thats the only one I have. How much does the current even matter? the V2 USB charger doesn't even list an input current spec, and the SI USB chargers says 500mA for input current, yet they sell an A/C adapter that outputs 1.5A and says its ok to use that with their USB charger.

I am in need of a new battery or 2 and was thinking of trying the V4L original vapor king because I want an UNsealed UNregulated auto battery (anyone else sell those besides V4L?) and to be honest I was less than impressed with the SI sealed auto battery. It never gave me as good of a hit as my V2 batteries and its pretty much useless now, because even when fully charged (according to charger LED) I barely get any vapor.

The reason I'm trying to figure all this out is because when I order new batteries (V4L or otherwise) I want to know if I can charge it with the charging equipment I already have or If I have to buy a new charger from the company the battery comes from?
