Mix of apples, juicy pear concentrate

Morning all,

I'm looking for a "punchy" flavor apple and pear concentrate (separate)
Something thats bursting with flavor... For example...
This is the description of a flavor I'm trying to find something that I could clone this description with.

"A delicious mix of apples, juicy pear and sweet sherbert!"

So far I'm going with Rainbow Sherbert from mount baker for the latter part, just need something to fill that "mix of apples" and "juicy pear"...
